I went there a few days ago. I have not seen bad service in my entire life like that from a tall and skinny guy. While he is preparing the food I notice that he did not put enough napkins. I asked him that I need more napkins he confirmed it is in the bag. After I started eating the sandwich It turned out he only put one napkin for two sandwiches. I am wondering why he has to lie since the price of the sandwich is not cheap and god knows the quality of the meat too. Unfortunately, they don't know anything about customer service. For them, it's only something that exists in books. During the service I feel that the employee in a race to finish quickly . The owner should pay more attention to his employees. Love the food and the owner! Been a long time customer since they have ever opened at this location. I do recommend take out because they have a tiny area to dine in.

Best price compared to other places (I always order a plate) other places will charge you $15 and be so cheap on everything. This place is actually pretty good compared to other shawarma places I've ever eaten at. This place always has great customer service! It doesn't take me more than 5 minutes to get served/cashed out. I visit this place often for Chicken Shawarma. Although it isn't the only shawarma place nearby, it is extremely accessible because of its proximity to the TTC Subway (Main Street Station) and GO train (Danforth GO).

Their chicken shawarma is so popular that it is extremely common to pop in on your way home from work and the 5 people before or after you in line will be ordering the same thing. 😅
