I went in here and ordered 2 subs.. The girl that was serving me seemed to be a little bit nervous only to find out that she was a trainee. I realized she did not toast the bread, put cheese or neither asked me out of courtesy if I wanted these options for my sub. Then the manager lady came over and said if you want those you have to ask , which meanwhile another lady that they were serving was asked if she wanted her sub toasted , if she wanted cheese. So I said this lady standing next to me was asked if she wanted cheese, if she wanted her sub toasted, but if it's me I have to ask??, which one is it? Other customers get asked but if it's me I have to ask what I want! I don't get it? Why am I any different? She had given me one of the subs for free because it was made improperly , and I still offered to pay for it , but she didn't want to charge me for it! She told me that the girl was a trainee and I said yes , I can see that because she seems nervous! And I told the manager lady that if she is a trainee then she should be trained to ask the customers what they want , just like you ask the others, instead of telling me that I have to ask and trying to make me look stupid by covering up your bad customer service! In conclusion, I went back in the store because I left my phone on the counter and when I approach the counter the manager lady says sarcastically , Yes, I do have your phone, you have to give me $10 which I just laughed and said no problem. And then she carried on by saying you gave us a hard time with a smirk on her face. I never showed any anger and I did nothing but show patience and told them that I was totally fine with the mistakes because I understand the girl was a trainee and things do happen even though she's not trained properly but I had the patience, and the manager still had the nerve to make that smart ass remark to me. She had previously apologized , and I had accepted the apology and said no problem , but she carried it on just to push my buttons. And I said stop the joking with me...then I just turned and walked away and said not to worry , I ain't coming back anymore! Terrible runned business and bad...
Read moreFirst of all, very bad service - one lady was extra angry at everything, and the other seemed completely new and not understanding what's going on around her.
Secondly, I was always able to order custom sandwiches at other location. Just say the bread, cheese, bunch of toppings and done. Nobody ever had a problem with that. So when one of the ladies asked me "What do you want?", I tried telling her the bread, bacon, chicken and cheese. She looked at me dumbfounded and asked again "WHAT do you want?". That sounded almost philosophical which made me very confused, but I repeated what I wanted. That's when the other (angry) lady jumped in. For some reason she said "He wants a BLT, just put 12 pieces of bacon there". To be honest, I did list bacon as one of proteins I want, but I also mentioned chicken, and I never used a term "BLT".
So I'm standing there watching very confused how my sandwich is being filled with bacon. That's when I added "but I asked for bacon and chicken, not just bacon".
The answer was "You can only choose from the menu. Any extras are $4. So if you want chicken - it will be $4 extra". Really? $4 for few pieces of chicken? At this point I was too confused and hungry so I just went with classic BLT just to get over with it.
In the end, the angry lady actually added "But we do have other sorts of BLTs, with bacon and chicken, bacon and salami, etc. Next time I can help you customize!". Well, isn't that exactly what I wanted in first place?
Anyway. If you want to buy from this location - just order online for pickup to not deal with the people...

I went there shortly after 11:30 A.M. on Friday December 20th, to find the woman working there to be talking on her cellular phone.
I don't know if her call was work-related or personal in nature, but she didn't appear to notice me, while being quite visible to the public nevertheless.
To be fair, I honestly don't know if she'd neglected to see me waiting there or if her phone call was just more important.
After a few minutes had elapsed, I'd asked her if this outlet was open [ or not ] . She said it was, but continued on with her conversation.
I walked off, and begun looking at products in the Rabba Fine Foods store ( within which this SUBWAY fast-food outlet is housed ) , at which time she confirmed that she was available to take my order.
I ended-up buying a package of cold cuts from the store.
Perhaps she was amid a work-related conversation but, with no other customers present at all, I was ignored for several minutes, with no related communication as to just when she'd be available to take my order.
Furthermore, she was in plain view of the public whilst using her cellular phone for some time, whereas I might have stolen away, as to have been a little less visible doing so, while keeping an eye on the counter all-the-while.
Anyhow, despite residing within close proximity of this fast-food outlet, I will not be...
