Subway — Restaurant in Toronto

I came to order 2 subway foot long series with coupons. When it was time to pay, I told the employee that I had the $3 off coupons and asked her if she applied them to 2 of the subways I ordered. She said yes so I paid thinking she did apply them to both orders.

I looked at the receipt and only 1 order was discounted. I told her this and she asked for her manager’s opinion what to do.

The “manager” then told me that I could only apply one coupon to one order and I told her that I had 2 coupons (showing proof). I then asked if I can get a refund and start the order all over with 2 of my subways discounted. She declined making excuses that because I used a coupon, I can no longer get a refund and some shit and that I should do that next time.

As someone who used to work from the fast food industry, I know for sure you can refund. This is bullshit.

Was trying to buy a salad online and it keeps on giving error so I walked in the store for it and the stuff are not willing to help it’s literally just a bunch of lettuce cheese and olives , I took my time to go there only to be treated like like a trash ,cashier saw my face saw my phone with the salad I want and there’s not even a single apology straight up we don’t do that order here you can only order online damn then take it off your menu 0 customer service and crew has no interest to work , her tone was so rude and changed when she heard I speak English .. I always placed the order through their mobile app for pickup. I never had a problem with this location until two months ago. They keep bringing in new employees on shift by themselves on a weekend afternoon which are not properly trained. The sandwiches are thrown together and they murmur and talk very annoyed to you. I started going to the Steeles location because their service, quality, and efficiency are always top. Few days ago I decided to give this location another try and placed a mobile pickup ready by 11:30am just for them to start making it when I arrive because it was too “busy” when there was only one customer in line. I ordered avocado in my sandwich and there was barely any, what’s the point of charging an extra $2 then.
