My last two experiences at this location earned them this overwhelming review.
Experience one: my wife and I walked In to order subs and were informed that we had to wait while the employee at the counter processed an UBER EATS order. The employee then made four sandwiches and rang up the order for a driver who wasn't even there to pick up the food. The employee then told us we'd have to wait until the order was paid for by the non-present driver. Ten minutes later the driver shows up and pays, then the employee asks what we'd like to order - REALLY?
Experience two: we walked back in here a month after experience one, the open sign was turned on and the employee was serving a customer. We waited our turn in line, the employee competed the first customers order then looked at us and said "sorry we're closed" I looked at them funny and said "You can't be serious, we've been standing here for five minutes" the employee responded with "So?"
We left disgusted, the employee did not lock the door or turn off the open sign and as we got into our car we sat there and watched the same thing happen to another customer 90 seconds later.
So Do not be deceived, because apparently their open sign being turned on does not mean they're actually open!
This location could learn a thing or two about customer service which is why they'll no longer be serving our family...
Read moreThis evening, three footlong subs were ordered for takeout. Each one was mixed up, and not one was what was ordered, according to what toppings, for each sub. One being a Turkey Rancher with a 2 inch sliver of bacon on it. For $15.19 for this sub you expect a normal size piece of bacon or two...not a pathetic two inch sliver of it. The bread type for all three subs wasn't available. Seriously!? The worker looked like he just woke up. Messy hair, and didn't come across as being very hygienic from his appearance. The three of us have never had such a horrible Subway sandwich experience. Barely any toppings. It's inexcusable! Period! Especially when you're spending $42 and change on it. Moving forward, I will be boycotting this location and will be telling all family/friends and anyone else who is willing to listen. Customers Service is key, and unfortunately this location has lost focused on it...from not only my experience, but from other reviewers. I'd recommend to save your time, sanity and money and visit another Subway location that is actually customer service based; for whom would be more than happy to take the time to listen to what their customers want, and for the hard earned money that is being spent for...
Read moreMy sandwich was fine. But the server was incredibly rude. When I asked her what one of the condiments were, I didn't hear her reply so I repeated my question. She replied in an angry tone as if I had just asked something I had no right to, or something offensive. I then continued my order, and asked about something else, to which she replies "Don't worry about it" I said, "excuse me?" And she replied: "its not for you, that's all you need to know, okay?" At this point I was infuriated but said okay and paid for my order, shaking my head.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to that branch again, because of a young woman's snappy attitude. It may have been fuelled by racism, because she treated every single other Customer with respect and bid them to "have...
