Pizzaville — Restaurant in Toronto

Oh boy, if I had the option to turn back time, I definitely would not have ordered from this location. Yesterday was my first, and definitely last time. Having worked from morning to dusk, I figured I might try Pizzaville using the Ritual App as it was along the way home. I haven't eaten all day, and garlic bread sounded like a good treat. I ordered 6 of their knots and a dipping sauce (didn't receive the dipping sauce), and an hour after having this, I had the worst indigestion I've ever experienced, and it resulted in consistent diarrhea throughout the night, and following into the day after (as I write this at 4 pm the day after). The only time I've ever experienced diarrhea like this was during rib fest. At this point, I've tried anti-diarrhea medications and it doesn't appear to be letting down.

I guess the only benefit from this was that I lost some water...

Very good pizza place, my favourite. Pizza base is very fresh and melts in your mouth. Variety of add-on ingredients. Used to go inside and eat there, before the pandemic struck.

Whenever am in the area, I always pop in and buy either a slice for myself, or pizza for the whole family. If you order online, you need an account, I used it and after 5 pizzas ordered and points accumulated, I got one free pizza.

Friendly staff and great pizza makers. If you have leftovers and warm them up in the microwave the next day, it retains the original and initial taste, it had the previous day when fresh.

Try this with Pizza Pizza, where your pizza slice is like a "slab of concrete" after a couple hours, never mind a day. Based on my many years experience, with this location (at least 12 years), I am highly recommending...

I am being considerate when i am giving one star rating and i have no other option apart from that. The guy working behind the counter does not know how to treat customers or have zero sense of how to work in the restaurant or around the food. We found 3 strains of hair from the pizza and when we took this concern to him, he was neither apologetic nor had the decency to address that as a concern instead he was ignorant towards the fact. He was not wearing a hairnet or a cap behind the counter. I would never recommend anyone to go at such place where they don’t know how to work in a space where there is food is cooked or served.
