We loved the decoration and design of cake until we cut and took a bite out of it.

We couldn’t eat a complete slice out of the cake. The bread inside was very soggy and tasted some weird artificial flavour in the cream that made it really hard to swallow.

Really bad experience. Of all the cakes I have had on birthdays we never had issues eating them but this is really inedible. Might as well throw it tomorrow.

Also, it was supposed to be a pistachio flavour. Really tried hard to get the hint out of it but couldn’t.

Really really killed the birthday vibe. Can’t express in words how disappointed...

I recently ordered a cake from Sugar and Spice for my daughter’s 9th birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Where do I even begin???? Shantell is the ABSOLUTE QUEEEEEEN of cakes. Ever since I discovered her a few years ago, it’s been life changing! She’s made many cakes for our family and we always go back. Her store is super clean and always smells so delicious the minute you enter. She is the most polite human being ever and always makes you feel welcome. It also helps that she lives 3 minutes from me!
