Overall a great experience. Food was cooked properly and cost-wise (for a restaurant attached to a hotel) it wasn't too expensive. However, there were some small things to work on. One thing is the lack of napkins during the initial plating. While they promptly gave us them when asked, I believe that it should come before the food arrives not with/after. Another thing would be vegetable dishes we got. Taste-wise it was good, no marks off. However, the vegetables (Gai Lan and Broccoli) could be cooked softer, partially because I was eating with my grandparents and partially because that style of dish typically has softer vegetables. One last thing would be the fried rice. Taste was also good, but I would have preferred the added-on ingredients be mixed with the fried rice and not just put on top. Another good thing is the fried rice is mix and match, which is good for those who are not sure what to get. Checked out the soft opening of T Wok tonight, they moved to the Pan Pacific Toronto from downtown. Some of the food items were pretty unique (to me at least), such as the Thai Lychee Shrimp, and Sweet and Sour Tofu with coconut jelly (I think it was called). Both delicious - would definitely recommend if you like Sweet and Sour dishes.

We also ordered the beef fried rice (good portion), Shanghai noodles (flavourful and noodles were nicely al dente), crushed cucumber salad, scallops (very flavorful), and beef in spicy sauce.

Atmosphere was enjoyable, and service was very friendly as well. Would definitely be returning...

A new restaurant set in the gorgeous Pan Pacific Toronto Hotel, serving authentic and healthy Chinese food options! I have never eaten Chinese food that is this authentic, taste delicious and is prepared keeping in mind healthy inclusions like - 30% less oil, nuts, fruits and ten grains.

The Chickens Mushroom & Tofu soup, black pepper cashew chicken, beef Chinese broccoli, shrimp dim sums, baos, the mixed ten grain fried rice and almost everything else in the menu is delicious!
