Burger's Priest is a rare treat for me, so I was a bit disappointed with my visit today. I will say that the food quality is always great here, though!
However, at no point while taking my order, or while putting the burger together, did any of the staff ask me what condiments and toppings I would like on it. Admittedly, it's been a while since I've visited this location, so when I wasn't asked during the ordering process, I assumed I would be asked when the burger was being put together (Subway style). This wasn't the case, and I was handed a bag with an already completed burger. I actually had to ask the cashier what was on it, because I never had the opportunity for clarify what I actually wanted.

If this is truly the new process (all burgers have everything by default?), I'll be sure to be interrupt the cashier at some point during the ordering process next time to make sure I get only the condiments I...
Read moreBurger Priest has been one of my favourite place to go for burgers for over 12 years .. Coxwell/Queen and Yonge Lawrence locations were my favourite
Must add smokes (fried battered jalapeños) The option (portobello mushroom with cheese)
I have to say over the years there’s been so many locations that opened up .. Chris must be doing well but the original locations really did serve the best smash Pattie’s … at Lawrence location downstair the meat was grinder and prepared and truly was and still I would say is one of the better options in Toronto .. I know Toronto exploded with smash burgers but trust me BP with that HP sauce and smokes was one of the first to do it right and still got it in my opinion.
They don’t have the chili anymore which is a bummer .. the stern fries or whatever they are called are weak .. poutine is okay but then again really depends who’s making it or serving it because consistency lacks location to location and person to person .....
