I really didn’t want to give them just 3 stars, but I had no choice. I wasn’t actually served here or anything. It’s just that the place didn’t meet my expectations. It feels like a very typical Canadians pot where soccer isn’t really appreciated. I asked if they were going to show the UEFA Conference League final, and they said they didn’t know what that was. Worse, they didn’t seem to care or even try to check their channel list. If a customer asks a question like that, the polite thing would be to say, “Sorry, we don’t carry that channel,” rather than acting disinterested in what your customer enjoys. Thankfully, I went to the nearest Shoeless Joe’s. Even though they didn’t initially have the game under their subscription, they went out of their way to subscribe and stream it for a few of us. I would like thank the owner for his rude remarks! Very true to the atmosphere. I know you are not a cocktail bar, however, you DO have several signature COCKTAILS on your very own menu. We ordered one, nope, not ingredients. Ok, ordered another, well most of the ingredients, but you had to substitute the juice. If you're going to defend yourself, at least know what's on your own menu.

I don't care how many TVs you have if you don't turn them on. The Leafs and Raptors were both on and you played music. At least in BC, and in normal places with their focus on sports, they turn the volume up.
