I'm a delivery driver and I urgently needed to use the bathroom while on St. Clair without an active order. When I told one of the owners (male, older) I wanted to use the washroom, he pointed and told me that the washroom is outside (which was just an immature way of saying "no"). I walked into the single-stall washroom anyway and this man comes RUNNING up behind me and SLAMS the door open with zero regard for my safety, hitting my foot hard... This is assault. I tried to hold my ground and say firmly to the man that how he just behaved is unacceptable, and he proceeded to be verbally abusive to me rather than apologizing or even admitting what he had done, until I was forced to leave the restaurant. When outside, I noticed that my toe nail was broken and bleeding, so I went back in to show his wife and the other woman that was being supportive of him the proof of my allegation, and that still didn't make him back down and apologize or admit he had done it. So, overall, a traumatizing experience out of the blue for me that I really didn't deserve to experience for trying to use the bathroom. Who knows what else he could do if he's incapable of experiencing remorse for injuring a young woman, simply because he felt justified because I went against his wishes of me not using the bathroom without buying...
