I went there late night around 2AM. The lady working there was soo rude, looks like she was working under some pressure and don’t want to work. We asked her what is available at this time , she responds very rudely. Then I order ice cap and ice coffee and less ice in the coffee. She put less ice as well as less coffee, did not fill it to the top, upon asking why u did not fill it to the top she said it’s our policy. But I drink ice coffee everyday and i never listen from anyone that coffee should be less if asked less ice. She said it’s like that only. Upon asking to fill it up to top, she ignored. Late night, I had no choice so that’s why I went there otherwise I will go to another place. Hence, we thanked her for giving us coffee at late night but she was rude. My personal Request to Management of this Tim hortons is ‘’ Please teach your staff basic manners of how to attend customers’’ I used to work at Tim hortons and I already treat everyone with respect because what my manager teach is ‘customer is like a guest in your house’. Maybe it’s late night, she is sleepy that’s the reason she is anger. But it does not look good to the other person. If u are working at front so please try to keep smile all the time. That makes your impression good and other person also feel good the same time. Hope Management read this message to the end and do something to teach the values of customers and...
Read moreThis place is usually not so bad, but tonight I walked in, and the floor was completely soaked in water. Yes, they did have the little yellow cone out, as they did also the big water mop and bucket. I am not talking just a little bit wet, I am talking about a quarter inch of water on the entire floor. As you can see from the pictures, there is many dirty footsteps all over the place which means that this has been left like this for quite some time. You can also see on the edges where the water started to dry up, meaning this was nothing recent. Several customers came in while I was there, and everyone was visibly uncomfortable, having to walk on such a slippery surface. When I brought it up to the young lady behind the counter, she responded that she knows the floor is wet, and they are cleaning the floor. There was only one or two customers, and it was not that busy, they should have prioritized the safety of customers. Even when an older gentleman ordered a coffee, they gave it to him at the opposite end of the counter, instead of bringing it over closer to him. This was another example of not caring about customer safety. I am actually quite disgusted by this location after this example of...
Read moreWent to this location to grab takeout this morning (normally wouldn’t be my first choice, but I was already in the area). Ordered a bagel B.E.L.T., only to discover there was no bacon when I arrived home.
Doesn’t the “B” in B.E.L.T. imply bacon as one of four essential ingredients (not including the bagel)? It wasn't even busy when I placed my order, so there’s really no excuse for this oversight.
@Tim Hortons corporate office, your menu is barely edible and/or desirable to begin with. The least you can do is emphasize the importance of customer service to all your franchisees.
@Store manager, reading your store’s reviews reveal a steady diet of subpar interactions with its patrons. If your staff continually display a pattern of poor attitudes and below than average service, then maybe it’s time to retrain them. Otherwise, hire individuals who actually want...
