This place has quickly become one of my go-tos for a healthy, satisfying meal. So far I’ve tried the tandoori chicken, jerk chicken, and kafta kebab — all solid picks.
The tandoori chicken is super flavorful without being too heavy. The jerk chicken has a great kick, a bit smoky and spicy but not overwhelming. And the kafta kebab is juicy and well-seasoned — kind of underrated, honestly. Great with the kale Caesar or roasted veggies on the side.
I like how you can customize everything — pick your protein, then load up on fresh sides. It feels like you’re eating clean but still getting something hearty and tasty.
The place itself is more for takeout or quick eats but they have enough seating as well if you need to sit down and enjiy the food. The service is quick and friendly.
Prices are fair (usually around $15–20 depending on your combo), and portions are really generous.
Overall, if you’re in the area and want something fast, healthy, and delicious, Pantry is definitely worth checking out. Can’t wait to try a few more...
Read moreI came here during lunch hours on a Tuesday, so it was pretty busy (and loud). The place is laid out almost like a cafeteria: you get your food at the counter, pay at the register, and then grab your utensils, seasonings, napkins, etc. from some shelves (if you're dining in).
Employee who greeted me at the counter was very helpful in guiding me through the ordering process. I got 1 protein & 2 sides. Portions were nice, I felt I was getting a good amount for the price I paid. I also liked that they had real plates & utensils for when you dine in.
The chicken parmesan I got was unfortunately very, very dry and tough. Seemed like it was sitting out there for a while too. For sides, I got egg fried rice and the pantry chopped salad. Both were very delicious, and actually made my meal enjoyable. It's too bad the chicken fell short. Perhaps I'll try a different...
Read moreOn the front it says Chop Shop/Pantry so I thought it was two separate businesses under one shop. I took a look at the Chop Shop half of the counter and the lady asked if I was ready to order and I told her I needed some time. I then checked out the Pantry half and decided I wanted something from there. When I was finally ready, I made eye contact with the bearded gentleman with the apron behind the counter and he told the workers on the other side very aggressively “can someone help the customer, that’s what you’re here for”. This manager/owner should not have spoken to his staff like that, it was not their fault I wasn’t ready when they asked. Check your attitude man. Will not be going back because how you treat your staff says A LOT about...
