So as many other low reviews, one negative experience is the time management! On the uber eats app for pickup says 25-35 min, and delivery 45-55 min but our order took over an hour and actually 15 min more than what the app said would be ready!( we got notification its ready for pick up but given the order 15 min later)!
Talking to the chef/ person responsible there, Got the feeling she was the only one working at the back hence very overwhelmed, her responses came a bit rude at first in which she tried to compensate with extra cookies. Appreciate the effort.
I had also ordered the cookies myself too, I was a bit shocked by the size how small it is compare to the price, but tasty nevertheless.
Ordered the pepperoni pizza, on the pricey side but actually very tasty and good👍🏻 would definitely recommend. This is what would bring me back to endure the pain of extra waiting!
I have tried many buffalo cauliflower, but here was a bit disappointing, no crunch or sauce with it what-so ever. Very bland.
Chicken Caesar was satisfactory. Need sauce with it though.
Keto Salmon sushi rolls were good alternative sushi options.
I have yet to try the bagels and bread!
Overall I think the concept of the restaurant is good and saw few orders coming in while I was there waiting,(because this is located at the back of another restaurant, I saw people coming in asking for keto restaurant more than the restaurant at the front which is a sushi place!) but it needs improvement, which I think most them would be solved by hiring more people(to greet or come to front and talk with customers, to help with packing and handling orders etc..), and setting the right exceptions from beginning.

my order was placed sometime in the fall using uber eats. My order consisted of chicken wings, a keto pizza and an assortment of keto desserts. The portions, temperature, and overall appewl did not reflect the $100+ that i paid to treat myself and my partner.
I spoke to an employee (possibly a manager) following my refund from uber eats for the terrible order in which they apologized but also reaffirmed that the quality of your goods is one of the highest.
I didn't bother to indulge the call further considering i already had my money back. The affirmation of the quality came off as arrogant and somewhat comedic given what I received.
I still stand by my original review, you people essentially scammed me and a $15 store credit wouldn't have made up for it in the slightest. It's sad Toronto has lost so many good bakeries while a low-quality franchise like this remains.
I can't say if in-person is any better but definitely do not consider these guys if you're ordering takeout.

Read more⚠️ Warning: This restaurant makes people seriously sick! ⚠️ My husband and I spent over $120 here, and we both ended up with clear symptoms of food poisoning. I have a sensitive stomach, so I was hopeful when I saw their dietary options. Unfortunately, that turned into a nightmare. I became violently ill with vomiting later that night, while I did recover fairly quickly after getting it out of my system (it was intense). Meanwhile, my husband (who has a strong stomach, no allergies, and rarely gets sick) became very ill after eating the same food. He didn’t vomit, but his symptoms got worse the next day after he ate more of the leftovers. He’s now bedridden with stomach ache, *update: he felt better the next day after not eating more of their food!
This was not the flu, as the business tried to claim! We ate from other restaurants the next two days without a single issue! That alone proves the problem was their food, not a virus or stomach bug. I know the difference between flu symptoms and food poisoning, and this was unmistakably the latter!!
