Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

Been living here all my life but as soon as they got a new manager and management it all went bad, They harassed and discriminated my boyfriend for being native he wasn't even in the location and they were trying to kick him out and then after my boyfriend got upset and started yelling at them for discriminating him they offered him to come inside when they were trying to kick him off the property when he wasn't even inside the location he was in the parking lot so why is it illegal for my native boyfriend to be hanging out in a parking lot waiting for me to pick him up he's not allowed to be nice to people on the hold doors I'm sorry that's how he is?? I tried calling the manager she was childish on the phone she wouldn't give me the corporates number so I looked it up and now I filed the case against them so hopefully this gets looked into or I will make sure the manager gets fired because she discriminates everybody next time she does this I will have my camera ready so I can get video evidence that she discriminates people she kept saying that customers were complaining about my boyfriend yet my boyfriend wasn't even talking to anybody he was just waiting outside for me to pick him up but they discriminated so bad that he got kicked off the property so he had to meet me at another location because the management told him he's not allowed to be at this location anymore because he was waiting to be picked up hopefully they look at the cameras to see what was really going on because this is complete discrimination I thought this was true a know where everybody is free to be who they want to be and if you're native black white Hispanics Chinese or Indian or any other type of race that it's okay to be you but apparently at this location if you are a certain race you're not allowed to be at...

Overall experience pleasant however Tim Hortons is of the opinion its OK not to fill the coffee cup Now everytime I buy coffee I pull the lid & check to level (its not a bag of potatoe chips ... You dont get to only half fill the cup) Yes I want it full (It is after all why I buy a large coffee / Please fill the cup) For example Tims has 4 sizes of coffee I wont pay Large coffee for medium coffee volume (in a large cup ) why am I paying $0.40 for extra cup Hmmm Nope The other thing I wish to bring to your attention The regular lids Have A 3/8"x 3/8" tiny door it the plastic lid the Dome lid (old syle has A 3/16 0VAL With a raised elevation (that allows the insertion of a drinking straw ) making it safer to drink coffee &operate a motor vehicle with a minimum of distraction (primarily because you dont have to tip the cup .. Lets now talk about the New design of the New Dome Lid Which kind of mimics the old dome lid as far as the raised elevation But thats where it grinds to a screeching halt the New Dome lid has the same kind of trap door as the original flat plastic lid except for the embossed maple leaf Seems in their Quest to fix something that wasnt broken (THE DOME LID) They have regressed & gone backwards in thier (your) Quest to improve the New Dome Lid ...Because you still have to tilt the cup whilst driving 90% of the time blocking your vision & compounding conditions for distracted driving (Get rid of the new & improved Maple Leaf Dome Lids Its a very retarded Idea Especially when the old dome lids were so practical efficient & added the safer driving aspect (yeah a plaatic drinking straw ) just doesnt fit well ...
