I had a very similar negative experience as others at this same Tim Hortons location on Friday, August 29, 2025 (Approx 7am). I drove through to place an order based on an "offer" provided through the Tim Hortons App. However, when I proceeded to the window, I was met with an unwarranted attitude of disdain from an older caucasian lady, heavy built,wearing a nose mask, (service employee for the drive - thru) She demonstrated no respect, dismissed my concerns about the total price, and completely disregarded the discount, rushed and coerced me to accept the order just as is.As per the offer on the App, I should have received a discount. Ultimately, I was deprived of it.
Frustrated and disappointed, I parked and went inside to file a complaint. The Manager listened but seemed unprepared, uncertain, and unable to address the error or the unprofessional conduct of the staff member. Instead of providing a clear resolution, she simply remarked, “Take the order, I will give you back your money.” I declined her offer, as the lack of accountability and professionalism was unacceptable.
Instead of receiving a discount on my breakfast as advertised in the app, I ended up paying the full price. What troubled me most was the absence of basic integrity, respect, and professionalism that should be expected at this establishment.Furthermore, one other male employee of south Asian decent with a headset on, (presumably servicing the drive - thru) engaged himself in the ordeal even though the manager was present to resolve the issue. I frequently visit this location for breakfast, but this experience left me feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and questioning whether to return.

I regret to report a deeply troubling experience at this particular Tim Hortons location. My father recently visited to purchase an iced coffee, only to be met with unacceptable hostility from the cashier. Not only was he rudely informed—without any reasonable explanation—that iced coffee was unavailable, but the employee proceeded to raise his voice and allegedly used derogatory language.
It is deeply concerning that a coffee establishment would not only lack basic menu items but also tolerate such egregiously unprofessional conduct from its staff. This represents a serious decline in the quality and customer service that this location once offered.
The environment appears disorganized, and a significant portion of the staff demonstrates a concerning lack of composure and courtesy. The atmosphere is chaotic, and interactions with employees are often tense or dismissive.
In its current state, I cannot in good conscience recommend this location to anyone. If I had the option, I would assign a negative rating. Management should urgently intervene to address the behavior of staff and restore a basic standard of professionalism...

After ordering 3 items, 1 belt, 1 farmers wrap, and 1 being a bacon and egg scramble box or whatever with the hash brown that I’ve never tried I waited 10 minute. Fair enough that’s all fine, I was told it’s for the scrambled eggs. When I get my order it’s a belt and 2 farmers wraps. I tell the lady nicely I ordered the scramble box and she tells me look at my receipt it’s 2 wraps. I work service industry and I get miscommunication happens that’s fine but she told me I didn’t order what I ordered and walked off. Me being non confrontational I put the wrong item in the bag and went to walk off cause I don’t want to embarrass myself over a damn breakfast sandwich that I can afford to pay for the right item x100000.
