On September 17 2023, I bought Jamaican Sweet potato @ 5.99/lb value 9.58 (4 small potatos). By Saturday Sept 23rd I was ready to bake & found 2 out of the 4 was spoil. I returned to the location on Sept 24th & was advised that no return or exchange by the woman at the cash. She stated that these products, they have no control when they're shipped. She then said sorry and that was it, my $9.58 gone. She pretty much said you bought it, good or bad you own it, nothing can be done (according to the return policy, this was not honored). I was very disappointed & hurt, my intention to bake was spoil & I felt dismissed by her. I won't be given this location any more business. I do believe that the return policy should be review & the staffs should have a better way of communicating with customers. I'm a woman with a physical disability and travel a distance for these products & everyone works hard for their money & gas prices is very...

Now, I donât know if itâs a scam this place pulls, racism, or just complete ignorance but it was very clear we had no other men with us and we were never even in her store! The audacity.. especially after giving me attitude when I inquired what the situation regarded earlier. This is the type of stuff that ruins community. Bad character, bad businessâ posting this with the genuine hope her or her...
