I had a very very bad experience with this business. I had been getting satellite services from them for long time I learned recently by another reviewer that they are over charging me $10 for 3 years. When I came to find out and confronted them they gave me $5 credit how cheap. I let that go and sent them money as I had always been doing so, the owner Feroz called me very very rude and obnoxious person and started ranting on how charges are not $10 when I had been paying them $10 all this time. This was last straw I asked them to cancel and send my money back which they didn’t even do right away out of spite. Please see other people’s reviews I heard they get their family and friends to write good reviews. Aldo their food is not up to health and safety standards lot of people have gotten sick. Please be careful when dealing with this business because they like robbing people and scamming. I will be reporting them to BBB and to food health safety. They have no customer service manners at all they should not be in this business. One time I forgotten my password he was so rude was telling saying I already gave it to you. These people are new to Canada too they can’t diesel proper English I think they need to maybe go to school and definitely learn on how to conduct a business here in Canada.

I signed up for IPTV Service between late July/Aug/Sept 21 for a friend in Long Term Care who is handicapped and can’t get out frequently.I paid $15 a month although they Advertise this Service for $10 I ignored the “False Advertisement” as I know most places charge $15.

Oct. 2nd I went in paid for a 3rd month $15 Service. The guy at the cash Register took my $15 cash. He never give Receipts for IPTV. The Programme was “NOT” turned on for October. I went in the Store on the 7th and asked him very politely why the Service was not turned on. He looked at me and denied I paid for the Service. I was very confused. I could not believe he was looking at me and lying. Said he never saw me I live in the neighbourhood and pass that Store all the time. I even buy CDs there. There were 2 men in the Store and a crowd of people the day I paid him $15.00. I’ve never experience anything like this before and very disappointed in the Service. I will never shop here again. They lost a good paying Customer. The $15 did not break my Bank I am a Pensioner I have a good income. It’s calling me a Liar and denying a Paid him. The cashier is a thief. Zero Stars...

I've been utilizing B4U's IPTV service as a customer for more than a year now. Recently, I went to their store to reprogram a pair of my boxes. These boxes had been inactive for the last four months due to ongoing home renovations. The staff member who assisted me was quite amiable, and the reconfiguration process was carried out promptly.
