What happened today made me think is it actually worth getting a tim? I went to this store in the evening with a friend of mine. There was a display saying we have a salted caramel cold brew coffee!I decided to order one at the station. The first thing I get from the cashier, we dont have the salted caramel cold brew, you mean the vanilla cold brew? I guided her by saying that there is a display of salted caramel coffee i want that! She literally stared at the display for a few seconds untill it showed the salted caramel promotion! Even after that she called one of her colleagues and discussed with her weather they had it or not! After that she took my order and I told her that I want to redeem my points. She goes debit or credit? I again explaind myself that I have points that I want to redeem! I tried scanning my points redeem at the scanner and she says that the scanner gave me the points! I told her that I have selected the redeem option how can it give me points? Then her colleague comes in the scene and tells me to activate it! I told her that I have selected the 140 points option to redeem the cold brew! But again she tells me that you are doing it wrong! And then she tells me the exact same thing what I did earlier and still the same thing happens! And the most ridiculous part is they gave me an iced coffee! Even after telling them that I want the salted caramel cold brew I got a regular iced coffee! What I had to go through today was absolutely rubbish and I will not suggest anyone to buy any tim again! I have had really great coffees in the past from tim but today’s experience changed my opinion for the...
Read moreThis location always gives me mixed messages whenever I drop by here. Yes, sometimes it's hard to get your order across to the workers, since not very many of them speak fluently in English. This for me(for context, I tend to speak very fast and high-pitched due to social anxiety 😅) is usually solved when I am patient and carefully enunciate my words, or when another worker passes by and translates my order. Other times however, the worker at the cashier is obviously having a bad day and looks a little bit frazzled with the amount of things they have to do. I think this can be easily solved with some more hands-on training and having more workers on hand to help with the workload. (And being nice to the servers, and not making their day any worse. Being kind is free, y'all) I do not drive so I cannot really review the service on the drive-thru. 😀 In the rarest of times, I get a worker with a very bad attitude and snobby behaviour, who somehow got past the screening for the job. Thankfully this has only happened twice in my ten years of frequenting this particular Timmie's. I never see them anymore after I encounter them, so I assume they no longer work at the establishment. The food always tastes great though! The bagels I get are nice and toasted, the wraps are always full and soups are hot and tasty. 😄 The coffee might sometimes be a shot in the dark, but it's at most a $3 coffee. All in all though, 3 stars!! (TL:DR - hit or miss with the customer service, food's great and so...
Read moreThis is actually one of the better Tim Horton's where the service is fast and quality is subpar. Other than that the rest of the review is for Tim Horton's as a whole. I would of gave 1 star but giving 3 stars for the efficiency of this place. Probably the only location carrying the Tim's franchise on it's back. This location can also get super busy due to alot car/bike meets. One of the OG spots for car meets I'd say from 2007-2015.
Ordered the Chicken Habanero and boy what a disappointment. This thing had like zero meat in it, might as well called it a veggie wrap. I actually went in with low expectations since no sandwiches/wraps have ever been great. Every sandwich wrap Tim Horton's ever brought out has always been so bland and severly lacked meat. Most of they time they are also so dry probably from no one buying it. The food just looks good on screen. I don't understand why they are so cheap and can't bring their quality up for once.
If they brought their quality up maybe they could compete with MacDonalds. Even their coffee has been so trash, that's why alot of people switched to MacDonald's coffee now. Anyways Tim's needs to go back to what they do best and that is to bring out quality Donuts and hot beverages. The food department aint it and looks like it never will be for the...
