Yesterday evening I ordered icecap and ice coffee for take out . There was a boy who took my order and made my iced coffee wrong because he used iced cap cream and the ice coffee looks like all cream because the colour was totally white.I said can you please make a new iced coffee . First his attitude was so rude he has no regrets that he had made a wrong coffee. He denied to change it and said do you want to teach me my job. All I was expecting was to have the iced coffee changed. I always have iced coffee so I know what it looks like. He should not be this much rude with the customers, the same person also behaved so bad another day with me but I don’t want to explain it now. This is my go to location for coffee, but the service here was incredibly RUDE. And guess what? It's the manager here who served me and she was very ignorant and condescending. Her lack of customer experience failed to deliver. I ordered a large iced coffee with no ice (which I always get at ANY coffee shop.) and she hands me a large iced coffee with no ice, but the coffee was not even half full. I was a regular customer to tims in the past especially when i was going to college but the problem with them is there is no consistency with the coffee taste everyday you get different taste no matter if its same store and same person making the same coffee for you..i tried ordering same coffee on same day same store made by same person still didnt get the same taste..this store gets fresh cookies in the morning sometimes in the afternoon it depends on the sales though but came across few times having cookies that are soo hard to bite..coming to staff they are nice and friendly and store having 6ft distant signs also the tables are distant with...
