Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in Toronto

I booked a birthday party here for my brother and never again. We come in and no one is at the party and events stand, I wait 20 minutes and still no one I go and find someone and ask them is anyone going to come they say yes then the lady ask me which party I am here for I say the name and she goes oh I’m not your host but let me check you guys in, she checks us in and takes the cake and all our food and says she’ll go find out host. 10 minutes go by no host I then have to find someone else to come check in the rest of the kids because one again no one is at the stand, the Second Lady that helps us then tells us she isn’t our host either and doesn’t know where our host is but she says she’ll sign us in quick so the kids don’t lose on jump time ( which they did they lost about 10 minutes of jump time even though we showed up about 30 minutes before our start time). During all this she had to go through a bunch of papers that they had just thrown on the table ( very unorganized but again this isn’t on the employees clearly they don’t have a good system in place and they were doing their best ) it seems they forgot about our party that day because we didn’t have our names on the area where you put your stuff but everyone else did who had a party that day did and they had their host immediately. Then 45 minutes later our party host shows up and shows us our room. Then she ask what time I want the cake out and I tell her for maybe around 5:20 would be good. She then gives us the pizza and ask if i want her to help me serve the food, now I’m not sure if this is just policy ( and if it is makes no sense since when you book it states you have a host and the host should serve the food and drinks they shouldn’t have to ask) but I say no anyways i was already in a foul mood from having no host for 45 minutes, and my kids loosing on jump time. Then our host disappears again, when 5:20 comes around our cake hasn’t arrived so I have to go search for my host I find her and tell her we’d like the cake now ( which I shouldn’t have to do since I told her earlier what time I would like to have it come out but whatever ) then she would periodically come in to tell me how much time we have left in the room and leave. We ran out of juice but still had one bottle left so I served that to the kids then our party host comes back with I wanna say 20 minutes left of the party and refills the juice that finished ??? Which no point we’re leaving soon anyways. Overall not a good experience, and not what I expected at all this was in fact not hassle and stress free, they need a better system in place it seems like they didn’t realize we had a party booked for 4 pm and had to Scramble to find someone to be our host. Also it states you will receive a phone call a week or so before your party to finalize everything, and I did not receive a phone call. So unorganized, so upset I had to pay almost $400 for what ?? For them to just set up the table and then disappear for 90% of the party and only show up to tell me how much time we have left. Also I’m not sure if the party room that we were in is the main room for all the supplies but people kept coming in and taking plates cups from the cupboard which was a little annoying, did no other room have those supplies? Only ours ? But Thank you to the two girls who did help us I could tell they seemed a bit stressed and they could definitely sense that I was annoyed but they kept on checking up on us to ensure we were okay and keeping me updated on our...

I wanted to share my review with anyone who plans on celebrating a birthday party at Sky Zone in Toronto! I will never ever come back here with my kids! I had a birthday party and private room book and it was a horrible experience! I said I was not going to write a review but I wanted to share my first experience at this location.The staff was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I even had to change my host. My second host was nice and professional. But I will never ever go back there in my life with my kids or have a party there again. I did get a discount off my party package but other than that the whole party experience was terrible. They even couldn’t find my balloons and loot bags that I brought in and said I didn’t bring any at first! The manager had to find it! I wasn’t even given a birthday cart! My son did have a great time even though it was packed but like I said never again! Do not waste ur money on throwing a birthday party here! People should treat people with respect especially since we’re paying our money to come here to have a good time and shouldn’t be disrespected by Sky Zone Staff in Toronto! It is very dirty and in poor shape! Not Kid Friendly for toddler’s! The staff are young people who don’t care, are unfriendly and are full of attitude. I gave two stars only because I got a discount and my second host was nice and helpful. She put in the extra effort to help since my first host was unhelpful. Sky Zone in Toronto won’t see us back! My first host was terrible that’s why I change her. She gave me a huge T-shirt for my son and said they didn’t have anymore which was a lie because another staff found me an xtra- small.
