EDIT: they got their mobile ordering system open on holidays but their restaurant is closed. Placed an order on Christmas day on the mobile app and the payment went through. When I arrived at the restaurant, they were closed and their doors were locked with no-one inside.
The interior atmosphere of this location is great. They have plug outlets for when you need to go there for studying or charging your phone. They are typically clean. Their customer service is "okay."
Used the mobile order to purchase 6 assorted donuts at 7:14pm and when I arrived, the workers told me they cannot complete the order because they don't have many donuts. The ONLY donuts on their display at 7:30pm was OLD FASHION PLAIN... That's embarrassing for a location that closes at 11:00pm. They offered to provide us timbits instead but the ONLY timbits they had were OLD FASHION PLAIN and OLD FASHION GLAZED...
I kindly asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund. They said they can't do it. Asked the workers to give me a gift card for the same amount they can't even complete the order. They said they can't.
After about 10 minutes, the workers said that they processed a refund and it would be refunded back into my payment method on the app. Never received that refund.
Filed a complaint to Tim Hortons twice on different weeks. No response from them. It's been more than 3 months and still haven't received a refund.

I live nearby so I go to the drive thru all the time prior to going to work or school, however today probably the last time I'll be going there for a while. Probably out of the 200 or so orders I've made at this location, they've managed to get it correct 10 or 11 times. I order a bagel dble toasted, it's not toasted it's cold a dry. ordered cream cheese on a bagel and get butter. Ordered dble dble tea, got tea with no sugar, and today got a steeped tea but they gave me an orange pekoe. Besides the orders being incorrect, the drive threw staff seem like there always Ina rush to get rid of you, I remember coming to the drive thru once and the greeting I got was "yes, what do you want", and then many times going to collect my order they seem to want you to leave the premises the moment the order is in your hands, I'm trying to place my coffee in the cup holder and place my credit card away while doing this they'll open the window and yell "thanks next order, thanks next order". When I pulled up to the window, they Gave me a cup of original and said that they did not have dark roast. I said that I need dark roast, the person again said that I had to take the original as they did not have dark roast. I declined it and one of the person at the back said that they are brewing the dark roast and to wait at the parking lot. I waited for a few minutes and they brought me a cup. I opened the cup to make sure it was dark roast and no they gave me the same cup of original that they first insisted me on taking. I walked in to the store and told them that the cup they gave me was not what I ordered as I have been taking dark roast since it was introduced. They refused to give me what I ordered. I had to ask them to refund my money and go to a different location.
