I went through the drive thru and was the only customer there. They took my order and when I pulled up to the window to pay, they asked me to go back around the drive thru. I didn't question it and started to go back around when a homeless man approached me at the end of the drive thru asking for change. I said I didn't have and drove off. As I drove back into the drive thru, I pulled up to the machine first and told them that they told me to come back around. The homeless man approached my window (that was rolled down since I was trying to talk to the machine). I asked him if he wanted a water since it was 42 degrees C with the humidex. He asked for a juice and I told the machine that I wanted to place another order. They kept telling me to drive forward and even waved me down from the window to pay. They finally understood me (after the homeless man yelled that I wanted to order something else and the staff got upset) and when I said I wanted to order something else and they said that I couldn't. I asked, "I can't order something else?" and the guy says no. I told the homeless man sorry and drove forward. All of the staff was at the window were waiting for me to drive forward, like they wanted to see a problem break out. I asked one of the staff (the lady who told me to drive back around) why I can't order something else, and she I can't order something for him. She said that I would have to go to another Tim Hortons because it's the manager's policy.
I understand why they can't serve him (due to the dangers of serving a pedestrian in a drive thru, maybe past problems with him, etc.) but they need to remove him or explain why customers can't purchase something for him. In 42 degrees heat like that, customers are going to want to buy him something to drink. Instead of explaining why I can't purchase something for him, they refused my service and told me to go to another Tim Hortons, while not explaining a single thing. No communication, just straight drama as they all watch in the window. Maybe go take the next person's order? If they don't want customers buying something for him, they need to call the police to remove him as he is approaching people's windows while they are trying to order. You can't ignore the homeless, which is what they are trying to do. This was disgusting and not true Canadian values. The manager here has no regard for their customers or the homeless, they only care about their business. Absolutely ridiculous, you either get the homeless out of the drive thru if you have a problem with them or allow customers to purchase something for them. I eat Farmers breakfast fast egg and cheese wrap Daily so i ask for Extra Chipotle sauce I didn’t get it. So i Explained To manager and she helped me out. And there is a lady working ay drive thru before 5.30 Am she is very Nice and Has good Customer service skills. But today There was Another staff i asked for the same she gave me a Sausage wrap, which i cannot eat its Against my religion. So when i went into the Tims and Told about the issue that lady disagreed and told I didn’t made it and ran over to other side so that i cannot question her. The howsoever they made me another when and i was there when a girl with Glasses she was indian and Started @5.30 am was making it, she didn’t grilled it properly wrap was all flexible like raw and then she put it into the box by sequeezing it in unhygienic way and i asked her that you should not do it like that I couldn’t be w to eat a wrap which is squeezed and broken all over the box. She started fighting with me that you only asked for extra sauce and all, i eat wrap from other locations as well they are fine and Good and made properly why you cannot ( The reason was she is fed up by her job and because of early morning shift she was exhausted and in anger so she splashes her anger on customers, I request the manager and That girl to change her job and Work t In the field she like so that your mind can be calm)) so i opened the wrap it was all into the box and I couldn’t eat that as well all Hashbrown and eggs were out from the other side. Very bad experience last time and I said I should give them another chance but that was my mistake. every time you ask for bagel double-tosted they don't know how to do it seems like and if you ask them your order is not how you want they looking at you like you asking for a donation, I been asking for a receipt so when I go don't have to face the problem they refuse to give secondly if you call them they said come we will replace your order but when you go they waste your 30 min and in the end, they said they can't find your order. this is my second-time experience talk to a supervisor name is MALA she said can not find my order and she can not give me.when I make a complaint call she literally laughing at it and telling me ya some time they don't put the chicken on the soup so I think when we spend more than $20.00 dollers that shouldn't be happening. when I told her I can bring food back she said it's ok I will replace but when I went to the store she refused to replace my order which I paid all most $20.00 worth amount.
It was 2 ice caps which is watery 2 bagel one double toast 1 regular they make both wrong and the more interesting part is 2 large chicken soup none has even signal piece of chicken.
