Pizza Hut has consistently been our family's go-to place for fresh, delicious pizza, whether we're opting for delivery or pickup. The pizza is always fresh, with the perfect balance of crispy crust and mouth-watering toppings. The speed of service is impressive—whether we're placing an order for delivery or swinging by to pick it up, our orders are always ready promptly and accurately. This convenience makes Pizza Hut an ideal choice for busy weeknights or when we need a quick meal solution.

The staff's efficiency and friendliness add to the overall positive experience. On multiple occasions, we've been pleasantly surprised by their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate special requests, such as customizing pizzas to our specific preferences. It's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction, which keeps us coming back.

However, while Pizza Hut excels in delivery and pickup services, the dining-in experience could use some improvement. The atmosphere inside the restaurant doesn't quite match the quality of the food and service we enjoy at home. The seating area is somewhat basic and lacks the inviting ambiance one might look for when dining out. Thus, we prefer to enjoy their delicious pizzas in the comfort of our home rather than on-site.

Horrible customer service! Horrible delivery service! I called in to make a compliant about the driver claiming that he my change, but was would be $5.00 short. The funny thing is that the change I got was mostly in 5s. I don't know about you but that kind of rings some bells. On top of that, the pizza came cold, burned, and stale. When I told the manager about the pizza and that I wanted a refund; being honest and informing him that my four kids ate one slice each before my wife and I had a chance to look at it. He cut me off and asked me "how many slices are left", I told him 3 slices and one whole box (medium special online order), he then said the he "couldn't do anything because more than one slice was eaten". I then had to cut him off and suggest that he refund only one box back and send the driver back with my $5.00 change. He said " you can do whatever you want, but I won't refund you any of the boxes". So I decided to hit'em were it hurts. Here! People, I left this next piece of information out on purpose he first tried it with saying he was short $10.00. even if it is $2.00, don't its your money and you have the right to request it back this happened a lot in the past. It first began with $1.00 and now $10.00 and not quite, so its $5.00. Judge for yourselves what you think happened here. People treating people as if there idiots. This is literally the worst Pizza Hut ever and should be avoided at all costs. Today on January 16th, 2019 I ordered the $10 Pizza of the day which was the Canadian pizza. I ordered at 1:03 and by 1:18 the delivery man was calling me to come downstairs to get my pizza, I did feel like it was a bit quick but I didn't think anything of it until I got upstairs and saw my pizza had barely any toppings was cold. When I bit into the pizza I saw it was under cooked and I called the location right away. I don't know who it was but the employee I spoke to told me they would send another pizza as long as I paid the delivery fee and upon me disagreeing to pay the delivery fee they sent me the pizza anyways. A little over half an hour later the SAME delivery guy called me to come get my pizza and the first thing he asked me was " Wheres the pizza?" when I replied "upstairs" he asked "did you eat it?" what was the point of questioning me, first of all it's not like you could serve an already delivered pizza anyways! I honestly have a feeling the pizza was made the day before and quickly reheated and sent out to be delivered to me. The recovery pizza was even worse or just as bad as the first pizza, under cooked, made poorly and rushed. I have sent out an email to customer service and I hope to hear back from them soon.
