I visited this Tim Hortons location yesterday around 5:00 /5:45 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered 4 Iced Capps and 1 Frozen Quencher. The Iced Capps were not filled properly — they were well below the standard fill line. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior.
One of the staff members, who appeared to be from the Philippines, responded with a very negative attitude and told me, “This is how we make it at this location,” which is not an acceptable answer. Another staff member, who took my order (possibly of Indian background), seemed distracted and did not pay attention while taking my order. I asked for a Frozen Quencher, but she charged me for a Lemonade instead. When I asked for the correct drink, I was told to take what I was given, even though it was not what I ordered or paid for.
To make matters worse, I noticed another customer had ordered an iced coffee without sugar, but the staff added sugar anyway and responded rudely when it was pointed out.
Overall, I was very disappointed by the poor service, lack of professionalism, and disrespectful behavior from the staff. I have never faced such an experience at any other Tim Hortons. I strongly do not recommend this location. The manager can check the camera footage to see what happened and address the issue with the two staff members who were working on Saturday evening. Upon asking one of the employee"maria" she refused to talk at first and then keep saying ur order is not here while I saw other employee make my order. I was waiting for my name to be called I asked again if this is my order to which maria replied no we didn't receive ur order meantime my baby started crying and i walked to the counter and my order was sitting there in the corner I (if my order was not received then how come it was ready) I asked why didn't you call me to which she walked away and said to the other employee why did you make this order this is alot of work. I only ordered plain dount and hazelnut ice cap. I didn't customize my drink or anything it was simple order available on the app. If she cannot handle orders in morning rush and doesn't have any customer service ethics should change her shift. There is bad customer service and then there is this place, which is horrible customer serivce. You can put in your order and they will give you what they want, if you comment they tell you they have nothing else, and if you ask to talk to a manager they don't have one. I stopped for a quick snack for the kids and it was not quick, they combined both kids meal into one, didn't have enough of the food so they made subsitutions. They combined the drinks into one larger size... it was the most messed up order I have ever seen....instead of wasting another 1/2 of my life trying to sort it out you just take it and leave because the service was just horrible and you have kids to take care of.
