I wish I could give time negative stars coz the people working at this location does not know how to use their system and then they blame on customers and yell at them! Worst experience going to this location. I was at this location on Sunday around 5:30-5:45 pm. I ordered their mega munch special the guy at the counter was rude and did not know what was included in the deal and kept starting the order again coz he didnāt know how to use the system and then started yelling at me saying that I should make up my mind because he had to start the order three times for me !! Also the employee insisted that the deal comes with only one dipping sauce whereas on the website it states that it comes with two. And he did mention that in the beginning but when I was picking up my order he changed his words and was not ready to listen to anything! On top of that he had the audacity to say to his fellow employee that we should remember her face for next time! I felt insulted by his behaviour. He kept yelling at me and kept making comments! This location has worst customer service. This is my neighbourhood location but i feel unsafe going there anymore! My little sister and pregnant niece ordered and the cashier gave them a nasty look and tone. He was abrasive, rude, and made them feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. Customer service is everything and having someone at the forefront with that demeanour speaks volumes on pizza pizzaās brand and training professionalism.
As someone who has worked in customer service, and also have been a cashier, I know the importance of good customer service and how important tone, body language and a good attitude with customers is. It ruined our experience as a family and made these young women, including myself, feel horrible.

During my visit around 2:00 AM, I attempted to redeem a valid coupon for a free medium pizza. The coupon was recognized by your POS system upon scanning, yet the cashier refused to accept it. Not only was he uncooperative, but he also raised his voice, acted rudely, and even threatened to have me removed from the store. I have photographic evidence of the POS system confirming the coupon's validity.
Given the late hour and lack of alternative dining options, I reluctantly paid by credit card. However, I found the behavior of the staff completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
