I ordered a managers meal for me and my friends and were thirty-three cents short of the purchase so we asked the cashier for an exception and with a blank expression she replied with "no sorry". That is the most amount of greed I have ever faced. So my friend had to pay with his card which we were trying to refrain from. Now you could say that they were doing their job so I overlooked this aspect of my experience. We also had a long wait time which far exceeded the fifteen minutes which we were told to wait. Let me also mention the fact that when we actually ate the food it wasn't cooked properly, you could taste and see the uncooked aspect of the chicken. Now I was very frustrated about this restaurant and their service, so we decided to pack the remaining food and leave. When I asked the cashier (Different cashier) to pack the food he had an annoyed facial expression which gave us the feeling that he did not care about the customer which intern is extremely rude . Many people might say that I'm being too harsh and that I don't know anything about food. I very much know a lot about food because I used to work at fast food restaurant. People need to understand that as a customer we expect the best quality service and food as humanly possible. Employees are trained to handle all types of customers, whether rude or polite. Also I would like to mention that each and every employee contributes to the reputation of a company. Let me say that Chunky Chicken used to be good but, because of an increase in popularity they decided to decrease quality. Overall I gave this restaurant a one star because firstly you can't go lower (If I could I would give this a negative rating), secondly the quality of the food is utter trash, and last but not least the customer service was extremely...

Their Peri Peri Tenders are great but one thing that stuck out to me was once I ordered their Quarter Peri Leg, I received it STONE COLD in the middle but the skin was Hot, I immediately knew it was Microwaved, so I kindly told them and they said sorry and said they'll make another for me, as I waited, I seen the cook put a another piece in the microwave with a plastic bag, when I asked why is it going in there, one of the girls said "its fresh from the morning but we freeze it, so we're just warming it up." I was like that is the first and last time I am eating that garbage.

Also, when their staff are under pressure with too many orders, they panic. They just keep taking orders and keep the ready orders on top, making customers wait, which shouldn't happen, I've had to wait every time I went in there. I placed an order on the phone, I went in 30 min later and they hadn't even started preparing it, which I then had to wait...
