The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in my entire life first of all I never once have gotten my order correct second of all its only open when the school upstairs is open, so I guess it doesn’t matter that businesses around there who would like to get coffee and other things to eat as we are not able to unless the upstairs is open. The last of I went, I ordered an ice cap. I was given chilli what I don’t understand how that can be misconstrued as being ice cap to chilli!? Ifyou’re gonna have a Tim Hortons at least keep it open. It’s always temporary closed temporary closed because again they rely on the business of the school upstairs don’t think about the fact that people around the area who work there would actually go there if they were open more regularly, but we can’t because it never seems to be open. Bad business management with no regards for people who do not go to school there service is zero. And yesi ha e contacted you in the pastwoll it change the fact that its only ope. When school is open???theres are several large office buildings beside it who would love it if it was open at least mon-friday .
NEVER OPEN !!!! They are only open when the school is open so if you work in the area good luck one has to wonder what effect this has on the staff consider how they have to manage also
I into this review why open a business if you can’t access it if only the school is open upstairs, there are dozens of other businesses around that would love to be able to access it but yet it’s never open that the fact the service there is like zero every time I go there my order is wrong...
Read more"Visiting this Tim Hortons has unfortunately been a consistently disappointing experience for me. The staff members often exhibit an attitude that goes beyond what one would expect in a service industry. It feels as if they believe they are doing customers a favor rather than providing the service paid for.
In multiple instances, I've encountered issues that reflect a lack of training or perhaps an oversight in customer service:
On one occasion, I was double-charged for my order. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, I found that they were not well-versed in the process of issuing refunds for such errors.
Another incident involved a staff member taking my order incorrectly. When I tried to rectify the mistake before it became a larger issue, I was met with rudeness. This same attitude extended to interactions regarding my points card, where I placed my phone in front of the scanner, expecting the staff member to ensure it was properly processed. Instead, there was a dismissive response, adding to the overall negative experience.
These experiences have left me disappointed and frustrated. I believe it's essential for the staff to undergo further training in customer service and error resolution to enhance the overall quality of service at this Tim Hortons location." These are just a few of...
Read moreI visited your location today and ordered a coffee, expecting to receive a Roll Up the Rim cup as part of your ongoing promotion. However, I was given a regular cup. When I inquired about it, I was told that the Roll Up cups were "Sold out."
What frustrates me the most is that I could clearly see other customers receiving the promotional cups while I was denied one. This not only feels unfair but also misleading, as the promotion should be available to all customers equally. If the cups were truly unavailable, I would have understood, but seeing them actively being distributed to others makes this situation even more disappointing.
I hope you can clarify why this happened and ensure better consistency in your promotions moving forward. I would appreciate a response on how this can be addressed.
Looking forward...
