Went there on Friday, the store was meticulously arranged, the atmosphere was not only super inviting, the soft and mellow music had me deeply mesmerized . I’ve been to a handful of cosmetics/ Korean store but this one is the only truly tantalizing store imo, hands down the best in GTA. Not to mention , the staff members were welcoming, extremely helpful and know their work. Special credit to Lester, my guy saw me struggling and dumbfound while looking for a good face wash , he came up and offered help, a really sweet action of him, the product he recommended was Anua deep pore cleanser and Centella sunscreen, and you know what , the upshot was staggering! My coworkers were bedazzled of the changes to my skin over a transient few days, I can’t express my gratitude to the crew and Lester for his assistance, he was irrefutably a life saver! This has become my favorite store in town and I’ll definitely come back often, you are...

I love this place. Mimi and Fiona are excellent helpers when it comes to beauty products. I was strugling prepare for my wedding because I don't know which products or how to do bridal make up for myself. And at Kiokii, if you purchase from $150 or more, they can either do the make up for you on your wedding day or teach you how to do it. They also have similar packages for eyelashes, and nails. Mimi gave me really good advice about what skin care and make up products suit me well, how to take care of my skin and how to do the bridal make up. Fiona helped me to put the nail set on. After 2 weeks using their products, my skin looks so bright, smooth, healthy that everyone at my wedding complimented me for my make up. If you need to find good Asian skin care and make up products, also very cute, addorable jewelery, Kiokii is a must visit store at CF Fairview Mall...

I’ve visited today when they celebrated the 3rd Anniversary. I got a bad experience when they gave me false information with the sign - very clear and big “buy 2 jewellery, get 15% off”. When I purchased it, they didn’t have any 15% off and said nothing. I asked them about the discount but they said It would be discounted 15% on the 3rd one. What misleading information! Plus, I also spent $168 on my purchase and they didn’t say anything about running out of tote bag and ignored the free gift offer. I have to ask them should I have the free gifts and the staff asked another person “where is the tote bags?” Then turned out they don’t have it anymore. I didn’t have anything even I spent over $149 as they advertised. No apologies. No initiation....
