Bad customer service. Wasted 30 minutes in store. Oct 27, 19 Sunday. at 7:50 PM I was passing by Scarborough TajMahal Grocery, thought of buying some Chicken legs. Entered the shop & saw only 2 customer. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken legs, when the senior CSR at meat section was dressing a big beef order, the young CSR was standing watching. Naturally I expected because there were no customer I would be honoured & chicken legs will be dressed in no time. The enderly CSR continued his job & because I was quite know to him I had little chit chat with him. Now after cutting the beef, both started dressing 4/5 whole chickens, senior was cutting & junior was packing, I kept standing waiting to get my order, after the chicken was done they started cutting fish, when I asked, for my order being so small why am I not being served. The senoir CSR replied these (which he is taking care) orders are in line. I could understand the orders he is taking care is of some restuarant which will be delivered the next day. I said so to the senior CSR, his reply was shocking!! Showing 2 men & a woman who just walked in saying these people are waiting for the order. I could have replied him & prove that the senoir CSR is lying, but refrained myself from making disturbance/chaos. Walked out of the strore without taking the order. interesting little shop. you def feel like you are in a completely different country once inside. and in a good way. limited selection of fruits/veggies but more meat/indian specialty items. came in for channa daal, got channa daal. happy customer and will be back when i run out again. only thing i would suggest is perhaps better venting as the butcher shop smell smacks you in the face as soon as you open the door, while they are located in the back. as someone with sensitivity to the smell of meat, it was...

Very much disappointed with their meat section service. I saw the reviews of giving less meat of what u guys are paying and what a coincidence it happened to me today. When i came home and checked they gave me 1 pound less meat of what i paid for it its $4.99 literally.

I want the attention of the owner please check on ur staff specially the beard guy on the meat section. This is really unacceptable, if u r running a halal business plz don’t steal our money by doing...
