I’m also writing another review I have asked everyone else to do as well tell the store owner or manger take action about their employees. This is not the first time an incident has arrived and the past we asked the staff to put pork and they purposely put pork the store manager did nothing about it, but given an offer of $20 which is a slap in the face. No one is asking for money we need action or the staff sent back to training which nothing like that happened. This stuff has had attitude not only against myself, but many others, which I have witnessed she needs to go in for training so she can learn how customer service works I have fast them to provide me the email address for the store manager or store owner, but was refused to get. Read moreI've come here for 8 years, and they have would mess up my drink order 4 out of 10 times pre-covid, now it's closer to 6 out of 10 times post-covid. I feel much better not coming to Timmies anymore though so that is a plus.
When i order a Large French Vanilla, they would press French Vanilla for a small size 2-3 times and it ends up a creamy, sweet mess. When i ordered a strawberry lemonade, they put ice, strawberry flavouring, and forgot lemonade. When I orered an Ice Cap. They forgot milk. When I asked medium french vanilla, I got an original blend. When I ask for original blend, i get black coffee. When I order 20 assorted timbits, I get 16-18.
Never order lemonade or french vanilla from here... they fail to make it more...

They refused to give the extra cup to keep my tea warm enough. what is the point of buying hot items then. The the worker said the head authorizes said to to provide extra cup .this is the standards of Tim Horton's now. So dissatisfied and not at all happy with the service.
