Tinnel's West Indian Take-Out — Restaurant in Toronto

I bought ten boxes at No Frills. The patties were dry.I was truly disappointed, we were using the patties as part of our cocktail for a bridal shower.when we baked the patties they were very dry I contacted the head office, and the response was truly amazing. Spoke to a lady named Mary Ann , she listened to my concerns, was extremely concerned and took.immediate action.She replaced the pattie freshly baked, without hesitation. Tinnels has excellent customer service, excellent tasty patties, what more could you ask for. Loyal customer for life.

First and last at this location. Ordered 2 dozens one spicy one regular of unbake patties, plus two large entrees for dinner last night, spending over $50. Patiently waited almost half an hour to find out they missed my entire orders. Had to cancel the large ox tail because l really don't feel like to wait any longer, got my $13 short on tax back. Staff did nothing for the mistake. Jerk chicken was very dry. I live north of Markham and its very hard to find any where that sell tinnel's beef patties but after this experience, it's not...

Have not visited the store. However I did buy their Frozen Patties from a Grocery (Carribean Week :) )

Buttery Flaky Shell, with Gooey meat. It on par with Michedean and Tastee.

Glad to have this in No Frills/RCSS as an option.

Especially with abominations like Patty Palace and Patty King in Groceries in abundance.

I only expected to find this quality to small West Indian/Carribean Grocers.

The Spicy Beef patties could add a bit more heat, it felt...
