Don't bother. You'll be lucky if it even shows up.

I ordered a juice cleanse on Victoria Day and the website said it would be processed on the next business day or within 24-48 hours. After three days with no updates, I emailed the company to ask about my order status and was told that Purolator had failed to pick up deliveries the previous day and it would be shipped out immediately and arrive the next day.

I eventually received notice that a shipping slip had been printed but Purolator never picked up my package from the warehouse. I emailed the company again and was told that Purolator wouldn't be coming to pick up the package for at least three more days.

I would not have placed an online order at all of I'd expected the wait to be in excess of 9 days, much less paid for express shipping. You can buy this juice (or better, more reliable brands!) from the grocery store for the same price - there is no price, timing, or service incentive to order through...

I live in a condo and placed my order 5 days ago. When I checked the shop account, it kept saying that shipping was being prepared, so I assumed the item hadn’t been delivered yet. But today, I went down to the lobby and found my package just sitting there. The ice had completely melted and the product was lukewarm — unbelievable! If you just leave it on the lobby table without informing security, no one takes responsibility for it, and I can't bring it up to my unit.
