Updated review: I already had a pretty low opinion of this Wendy’s, and now they’ve pissed me off even more. Ordered the same thing here twice, two days in a row. I corrected them the second time I placed the order to make sure they didn’t get it wrong, and guess what, THEY STILL GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER. Also, the lady who works the drive thru in the evening taking orders needs an attitude adjustment or she needs to be in a position she doesn’t have to interact with anyone, she is impolite and talks like a stern school principal, exactly what I don’t need when I’m picking up dinner on my way home from work.

They close their drive thru sharply at 10 pm. So when a person is taking forever to make an order, and finally the next person’s turn comes, they are suddenly closed. And there is no warning or notice of them being closed. They simply stop responding over the intercom. So all the people lined up just when they closed are made to waste their time and gas. They should have some type of communication of being closed, they could at least let people know over the intercom that they close at 10. The drivers are left confused and wondering what suddenly happened. The driver in front of me was very upset and just kept shouting and yelling at the intercom, and then at both the windows. I couldn’t even leave since I was stuck behind her. It was such a ridiculous experience, especially when you’re hungry. Ruined my mood...

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. it is no wonder they dont have any crowds of people (like at the Tim Hortons next door)!

We ordered our meal (over 25 dollars) and were missing nearly half of it and they messed up 2 burgers (we ordered them PLAIN).

We took the food home and then found out the error. I drove all the way back up there to explain the problem and was aggressively attacked by the 2 lady managers arguing with me on every little error (they made) that I brought up !

they finally agreed that they "forgot" to include my 2 chicken nugget orders and then had me sign some paperwork ? OF COURSE, they kept my original receipt that I brought into the store...as I never got it back.

So, I guess I cant complain anymore, since I dont have brought of my large food order.

I will be sure to NEVER go to this Wendy's again...the food might be okay, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD CORRECTNESS is horrible and they DONT CARE if you get the food order wrong. They just dont care....they just want your money.

Spend your money at TIM HORTONS instead (next door)...at least they dont screw up...
