I am used to the What a bagel downtown, so I don’t know if it’s because this location has awful quality or if the service overall has gone down. I ordered a salad, it came in this tiny little plastic box, the lettuce was soggy and stale, the whole salad was soggy, the chicken tasted GROSS and very gamey. When you order the salad they don’t even give you A PIECE OF BREAD or NOTHING. Then I ordered some egg salad for 8 bucks which was really good but they don’t even fill the container for some eggs and mayo for 8 bucks. The only thing I will say are that sometimes their chocolate rougalaches can be dry and their pastries can be on the drier side.
