Wild Wing — Restaurant in Toronto

I was here on January 24, 2024. If you want good customer service DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT come here. We walked in and the restaurant was pretty much empty, definitely not busy. I notice there was only one server working but again the restaurant was NOT busy/full. We sit down and wait for our server that never came to come and give us our menus. After about 15 min or so of waiting for our server, I decide to go to the bar and ask for menus myself. While I’m at the bar the bartender is there with the sever and I ask for menus which the bartender gives me. I tell her and the server where we are seated and the bartender says ok. I then go back to my table and end up making eye contact with the server and try to call her over but she ignores me and turns and walks the other way. A few minutes after she’s talking to some ladies that were seated closer to where I was seated and after she is done talking to them she sees that my table is still waiting for her, but chooses to walk away which is when I speak up and say ‘excuse me’ and the ladies at the table that she was just talking to look my way but the server herself chooses to walk away and ignore us. This is when I finally after 30 min of NO SERVICE return the menu to the bar and leave. This restaurant employs the most unprofessional, rude staff that have no knowledge of what good customer service is. This server should not even be employed if she chooses to NOT do her job. Again I would understand if the restaurant was busy since it was only her working (aside from the bartender), but the restaurant was very empty so there was no need for this horrendous...

Extremely terrible service. Despite the 1 star reviews, we still gave them a chance... but we shouldn't have!! I do not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

Although my friends and i were the only people in the restaurant we were greeted with super slow and hostile service from Valeria. To name a few, she had messed up numerous orders, showed a lot of attitude when my friend asked to alter an order , and refused to honour the wild wing Tuesday special (1/2 off wings) which is offered at all wild wings as stated on the website. Her reason was that because they are located by the arena, they don't have to. This is false...

When asking her who the manager was she became very confrontational and said she will not tell us. We told her nicely that we just wanted to know who the manager was so we can talk about the service/promotions. She said in a very rude tone she will not provide names because that is "personal". She came inches away from my friends face to say this and became aggressive, he got scared and had to move back.

When bringing food to our table, she just tossed it down in a very ill mannered way. I personally have not experienced this kind of service ever!!

My friends and I excused the horrendous behaviour because we understood it was near the end of the night but whoever owns this place really needs to hire kinder and more...

Let me start off by saying DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! So, I just had the most disappointing nacho experience ever, and it happened at a birthday party of all places! Went to Wild Wings and ordered some nachos, expecting cheesy goodness, but instead got dry, stale chips that tasted like they’ve been sitting out since last week. And the price? A ridiculous $19.99!

But wait, it gets better. When I asked for extra cheese and sour cream, they hit me with an extra charge! Like, what?? For that price, I should be swimming in cheese!

And to top it all off, the entitled waitress decided to slap a 20% automatic tip on the bill! For what?! Overpriced, sad nachos and lackluster service? Now I’m not only out $20, but I’m also feeling sick. Not cool at all.

Moral of the story: sometimes the hype just isn’t worth it. My stomach (and wallet) won’t be forgetting this one anytime soon. Needless to say, I’ll never be back! I would not recommend this place as the service and food were terrible!

Thankfully, my friend ordered the garlic parmesan wings and sweet potato fries, or else I would’ve starved. Those were the real MVPs of the night! But man, my stomach and wallet won’t be forgetting this nacho disaster anytime soon.

I think I might have food poisoning from the stale ingredients used in the nachos and will be contacting the health inspectors...
