To Tim Hortons management:
I would like to express my disappointment in Tim Hortons services at 642 Dixon Rd., and also in dropping products quality. I used to be a Tim Hortons customer for years, and because the bad experiences I had at this location I decided to stop coming at Tim Hortons. What I am going to tell you it happened to me few times and I always thought that is a human error, or a unlucky day for me. On Sunday, April 26th around 4PM I went and ordered a medium Iced Cup with Mint Chocolate flavour. I was charged for Chocolate Syrup flavour. The cashier also told the guy who was preparing the Iced Cup the wrong order. I told the lady 3 times what flavour I want, and she finally corrected it in the system. She told the guy to change the flavour; he was still working on preparing the Iced Cup. I paid my drink and went to a table to "enjoy" it. The drink was extremely sweet and prepared with Chocolate Syrup, not with Mint Chocolate. When I complained about this and I told the lady that is not first time when they serve me something else, the 3 or 4 of the employee working on the flour got around of the Iced Cup machine and discussed between them whispering. They told me that they have no Mint Chocolate anymore. My argument was that I am willing to drink the drink I want, and if they do not have something they should be telling me and not charging me for it. If they want me to drink something else I should be told, I should agree or not agree, and I should not be charged for it. There is no issue for the extra $0.25 plus tax charge for a flavour. What I do not accept is the lack of respect for the customers and the fact that they did it so many times trying to full me. I told them that this was my last time in a Tim Hortons store and I am not joking. The quality of product is worst every time and the services very poor. I can understand if you have staff on training, or with less experience, or sometime in a bad mood. They are human. But my believe is that, at least at this specific location, they do not care. They have this attitude and they try to full customers. By the way, in the same time with me another lady was complaining about the sandwich she was getting. She ordered something else, they took her money and tried to provide a different sandwich without telling her. Similar with my case. Because it happened to me few times, and because I see it is happening to others also, I believe that Tim Hortons does not worth my time and my money anymore. There are better opportunities on the market.

Read moreI was at the drive-thru. I ordered un caesar chicken wrap with grilled chicken (just the sandwich). The guy told me they forgot to do grilled chicken they only have the crispy. I took it anyway. They said I couldn't stay the window I need to drive further and they gonn come to give it to me. 3 to 5 min later a guy came to give it too me. When I openned it it was not the cesar chicken wrap . They put some tomatoesin it. I walked under the rain to get to the place and say I didn't get the chicken caesar wrap. The manager said to me I was wrong the caesar one has always tomatoes. I said to her all the places I went before I didn't have any ...she keep saying I was wrong. When I took them out, I had almost nothing in my wrap. Later when I was home I was curious to see if I was wrong and finally check what is the original ingredient and there is not tomatoes in it. So I think it is really unprofessional to give wrong informations espacially as a manager and also to see that they didn't make any chicken not because they dont have just because they didn't make it make it so unprofessional. First time I am not satisfy by tim hortons. I buy between 3 to 5 wraps per week and never had that bad...

I reached the store with only two staff at the front who were extremely short staffed given a lineup of 10 customers. I ordered a pizza at 4.25. food was unavailable at 4.50. while it didn't even seem the food will be available anytime soon as they were finishing orders taken at least 10 mins before me.
I asked the crew member if there's a manager to help . He said she's not available at the moment! I then asked him if she's available on the premise and he declined to answer. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager after 5 minutes and I would like to get a refund. He again said the manager isn't available and just ignored my request. He isntrad asked to take my info for the "manager" to contact me later. I called head office to report the missing manager. He tried to give.me the food after I hung up claiming he called in the food. I reiterated that I asked to either speak to the manager or get a refund and he didn't do either.
I ended up getting my refund at 4.15. 50 minutes after placing my order!!
I have never experienced such a terrible service in my whole life where the manager is not available to do their duties. Not sure what...
