The customer service at this location is quite horrible. I was on the subway app trying to order something, and I called the store because it because it showed that it’s currently closed so I just want to confirm with them if they were open or they had issues or something. I just wanted to ask the lady for some reason but man her English proficiency was quite bad and she felt like she can say whatever she wants and get away with it. I told her I cannot order on the app so if you could tell me what’s going on instead of talking about the app she’s like are you doing a catering order or are you like trying to place an order for one or two sandwiches? I cannot take it over the call. I said I never wanted to place it over the call. I’m trying to ask you why your app is not working and she kept arguing back-and-forth and then when I asked her for her name so I can speak to the manager she’s like I already informed the manager so he can call them tomorrow horrible customer service horrible people working these people need to go back to where they were. They are from because they don’t even understand basic English, which I was asking and very clear language and then she started arguing forward, and I said are you dumb? Why are you not listening to me? She basically felt like she could say whatever and she can get away with it. I feel like I was attacked for no reason and I was just trying to get something relay and I tried explaining her so many times and then she wouldn’t listen and I don’t know what type of people are you hiring at this location but there’s something that you need to fix about this because when it comes to customer service is a customer doesn’t want to come to a certain location because of the way you guys treated them so if keep arguing with the customer that is very wrong and I don’t think they have the capability to keep it for the store...
Read moreI went back in June 8th 2024 at night 3-4am and I received an extremely great service! I has read the comments and I'm glad I didn't considered them, as they seems to have been based on racism only.
The gentlemen working were very welcoming, quick to serve, helpful, patient (because I was long to choose and changed my mind..😏).
I took an omelet on flat bread with cookies, everything was fresh and there was choice available. The quantities were reasonable, and the sandwich specialist added more olives when I asked for.
I highly recommend this location. It is a great example of Subway franchises, very clean too.
It is wheelchair accessible (power wheelchair too). There are no steps to enter, no push button at the door but easy to open, plus staff very helpful. There are accessible bathrooms but I didn't "visit".

Went here Sunday February 5 2022 at around 4am and there was a male and female employee working. While I was telling them my order they were talking in a different language other than English. This is not the problem to me it’s more the point of being disrespectful by creating a barrier between myself and them. Imagine people looking at you then whispering in front of you then laughing, same idea. I had to also repeat my directions multiple times because they were not paying attention.
