Myself and three other people gave this much hyped bar a visit last night. I didn't have any expectations, as I've only seen this place on TikTok and BlogTO so I was pleasantly surprised. The decor was fun and definitely very unique - neon signs everywhere that felt like I was either in a bar of Bladerunner or Star Wars! Definitely try to get a table upstairs if you can as it's a bit more intimate.

As for the food - it was decently priced and the portion size was good for the price. My friends and I got their fried rice (very tasty and will definitely be coming back for it), a bunch of skewers, chicken wings and fries. Food arrived quickly and tasted pretty good, considering that this place is mainly a bar. Complimentary roasted nuts were a nice touch as well.

In regards to drinks, we purchased the 3L of Blue Moon and 1.5L of their recommended and popular Around The World cocktail. Firstly, the drinks arrived quickly and the presentation was awesome! Drinks stayed cold and fresh throughout the night thanks to the ice compartment (also a nice touch to not water down the drinks). Blue Moon was refreshing and the Around The World was not only tasty, but boozy as well.

My only qualm would be the service and the wait time. We arrived at 9PM on a Friday and were told the wait would be about 15 minutes - it was actually more like 45 minutes but we were set on making this joint our watering hole for the night so we patiently waited (not upset about the wait time, just wish they were a bit more honest about the actual wait time). As well, both of the hostesses were on their phones, pretty much ignoring patrons for the entirety of the 45 minutes that we waited. I get that apart from seating people and taking care of other tasks is in their job description but at least put your phones away when you're dealing with patrons.

All in all - if you're looking for a unique bar with reasonably priced food and drinks and a great atmosphere, this is the place. I will definitely be coming back - as I didn't get to try their extensive cocktail menu. This bar absolutely knows how to show their patrons...

Last Friday, we ventured into ZUI Beer Bar around 10 PM, situated at the bustling corner of Yonge and Finch in North York. The venue was teeming with life, with both floors packed with patrons eager to dive into the weekend vibes. What sets ZUI apart is its electrifying ambiance, reminiscent of a TRON set with its array of LED lights, creating an immersive experience from the get-go.

Securing a booth on the second floor, our group of eight was comfortably accommodated, reveling in the bar’s cool, tech-forward setup. With bottle service priced reasonably at around $200, it struck the perfect balance between luxury and affordability. The service was impeccable; attentive staff made frequent rounds to ensure our night was going smoothly, adding a personal touch to our experience.

ZUI Beer Bar introduces a unique concept that elevates social interaction to a new level. Each table, illuminated by a light, acts as a beacon for communication. The ability to change the color of this light, particularly to orange, signals an openness to mingle, ingeniously encouraging patrons to interact beyond their immediate circle. This feature turned our night into a vibrant social exchange, making connections with other tables effortlessly and contributing to an incredibly lively atmosphere.

The night progressed, and by the time we decided to leave, the energy within ZUI had only intensified, evidenced by the growing lineup outside. It’s a testament to the bar’s magnetic appeal and its success in creating a space where people can either cherish the company of friends or embrace the thrill of meeting new faces.

ZUI Beer Bar is a must-visit for anyone in the North York area looking for an evening that blends a dynamic ambiance with the opportunity for genuine connections. It’s not just about enjoying a night out; it’s about being part of a communal experience. My friends and I are already planning our next visit, eager to dive back into the electrifying environment that ZUI so masterfully creates. Highly...

This place is very special, from the moment you walk into this epileptic playground to the second you sit, you will find yourself lost in the heavy vapours of indoor vapers and the irresistible scent of apathy.

The luxurious shang ri la tower tastes sooo good, you can actually taste the high quality toilet water and del Monte fruit juice they used.

The skewer sizes are very well suited for minimalists and folks on a diet. They really nailed it, the wood skewers taste very dry and also somewhat sad but pair very well with the crumbs that they leave on the skewers from the previous customers.

If you haven't fallen in love yet, wait till you hear about their 10 star service. If you are really into being treated like garbage based off the color of your skin or the language you speak, this is the place for you. I was really touched when they served us without cups, no food warming station and no explanation. It was very moving to watch them go to every other table that wasn't heavy on color and provide them with the fabled concept called service.

This place is amazing for practicing patience and social skills, the servers are sooo good at hanging out, playing on their phones and ignoring customers. Like seriously, good job to you guys, the amount of effort you put into ignoring and pleasant was just out right impressive.

I think my favorite part of the night was when they took it upon themselves to give themselves a nice little bonus. It was very kind of them to be so thoughtful and add a very nice bonus for themselves.

In short, to save everyone a bit of time, amazing toilet cocktails, minimalistic skewers that are very well seasoned with the previous customers saliva and a service that will help you reminisce of those times before Martin...

Came here for the first time with a group of friends on a Friday night. Our friends got there first and we joined a little bit after 8PM. It wasn't too busy at this time so I'd recommend coming early since later in the night, the place was packed and people had to wait for a table. Orders are placed by scanning a QR code that is specific to your table and it is done directly on your phone which makes it easy. We ordered a bunch of individual skewers, salmon sashimi, raw shrimps, fried rice, Singaporean fried noodles, and also a few combos. The skewers are quite small and we had a group of 6 so we had to order a lot. The group favourite was definitely the chicken fillet skewers! Note: The skewers taste the same for the most part since the same seasoning is used. The Zui Elixir was really good - light and refreshing and was my favourite of the night! We also got the Flying Dance pitcher (not pictured) and Nine Pipes, which was like a strawberry rice wine. It reminded me of strawberry milkis minus the carbonation and also less sweet. The amount they give you in the nine pipes I thought was quite generous! Since we had a group of 6, each person got their own (which was plenty already) and then some. The service was great, and the staff were pretty attentive. They came around a lot to empty the skewers and to also fill up water and provide napkins. All in all, I would probably just come back for the drinks and atmosphere as our bill ended up being around $730 which was a little over $100 per person. We ended up going to another restaurant after since we were still hungry.
