Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Bonnyville

Service is what it is, its a pickup restaurant, they said hello and gave me my food, what you would expect. What you don't expect is the terrible quality of food, I mean it is just pizza hut but I would expect better than what I found when I got to my place to eat it. I ordered mac and cheese that looks quite good in the pictures with cheese baked on top and all, however when I opened it up it was some kind of cheese soup with a few pieces of macaroni in it. The cheese sauce was not near good enough to do it on its own, it needed serious help which is probably what its given when it is made properly. First ordered a half hour until arriving to it. Was told a bit longer, then had to wait an hour and half for our food.

When we got the food, pizza was cold and the only hot thing was the brownies. Pizza tasted like cardboard and was 40% just crust, employees were talking about quitting and it was understaffed for a Friday rush. Shift leader didn't do anything and watched stuff struggle.

Wouldn't recommend this location unless they sort out their problems and can prepare for a rush, as well not let pizzas sit out for a while we got...

Catherine and Kayla (I hope I’m spelling them correctly) were amazing to deal with. I went to go pick up dinner that I ordered online, and Catherine came to me and told me my pizza stuck to the top of the oven so a piece of it didn’t look as nice as the rest.
