When I came too the lounge, hands down one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. The server/ bartender refuse to serve me and got her manager to serve me. Than my friend and I heard them saying my name and talking behind loudly in the office. This is a business, that my family loves. And both of them were serving us terrible service. I asked if there was a gluten free option. She's said you can get a salad or veg... being gluten intolerant, she didn't try to satisfy my diet, but give me poor options. Not all gluten free people want a salad, or vegetables. Than insisted to ask me three times rudely what do I want, am I ready, within minutes? Like cmon guys. I just want to have a meal, where's the customer service? I just want to enjoy the restaurant I've been...

I WORKED FOR THEM AT CENTURY STEAKHOUSE AND I CAN TELL YOU THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT A HEALTH CODE IS. THEY TREAT THEIR STAFF LIKE TRASH WHILE THEY LINE THEIR POCKETS WITH CASH.
