Burger Baron & Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Bonnyville

Staff simply don't listen. I ordered the Canadian burger Combo with a diet coke and an ice water. They said they only have Pepsi, fine, I said ice tea. I get to the window, they hand me a diet Pepsi and a nottle of water. I said I didn't want diet Pepsi and not a bottle of water, just a glass of water. Fine they changed that. She asked me what I wanted on my canadian burger, I replied I'm not sure what comes on a Canadian burger, she just walked away, ok whatever. They bring my food and I head out on the highway. No straw for the drink, no fries at all. 12.95$ for a not very good burger, they couldn't even melt the cheese on it, and a can of pop. Not impressed,...

House flies landing on my food as it's served and the waitress doesn't say anything needless to say I never had the burger and they never offered to refund it. Fries and gravy are really good but they don't give enough gravy to cover the fries and charge u 2$ more for the other half of the gravy needed in the first place... and the best part is the charge you money for condiments.. good food but they price gouge you and have way to many house flies to eat in peace.. just saw the other posts and yes the meat on a burger is not enough for 1 half of the bun... really anyone posting good portions is...

Next time you guys send someone to deliver the food maybe make sure the debit machine is working 100% for tap because I had to use my phone and your machine wasn’t reading it! The lady made sure the food stayed in the cold thinking I wasn’t going to pay even though I showed her the balance on my account and offered her to do a e transfer!!! Thanks for wasting my time and making me wait just for this issue to come about and it’s not even my fault your machine doesn’t work either and the fact that you guys decide to not answer calls after 940 doesn’t help either!!!
