Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Bridgewater

I have visited this store many times but continue to face the same issue. I did not want to leave a negative review, but this situation keeps happening. The employee named Jaspreet (as shown on her name tag) has been consistently rude. I have also heard similar feedback from other customers and drivers — when they go to pick up their Dash orders, she often stands there without responding or informing anyone if the order is ready. She doesn’t listen properly and frequently delays handing out the orders.

In addition, I’ve been informed that if any driver tries to speak up about these issues, she blocks them, which is unfair and unprofessional.

I hope management can look into this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the service experience for both customers...

I don't know what is wrong with Tim Hortons system, but you are considered second class when you pre order with the app. I do this for 2 reasons. It's easier because the point and the payment is done all at once and second I'm usually in a rush ( my own issues) . I ordered tea when I left work and when I arrived to pick it up I had to flag down a worker to make the order. 3 more people were served at the counter after I arrived. And while I was there the owner showed up. I also motioned for his attention an explained the issue..... he asked if my data was on.... LMAS.... Just ordered a roast beef sandwich (Oct 6, 2:15 pm) and a coffee to take advantage of the offer on my Timmie's app. Instead, got a roast beef craveable so didn't get the offer.
