My family and I have been loyal customers of this restaurant for over a decade, but our most recent visit left us deeply disappointed, embarrassed, and honestly hurt. We were served by a tall waitress (I believe she may be Vietnamese), who took our order in a rushed and inattentive manner. I made a specific request for my soup, but when it arrived, the request had been completely ignored. When I politely raised my hand to clarify, instead of listening, the waitress dismissively gestured with her hand in my face and curtly said, "Just a sec," before pointing me toward her colleague. No acknowledgment, no apology just flat-out rudeness. I spoke with her colleague, a kind and respectful Filipino waitress, who immediately understood and offered to correct the issue. I declined the fix and just asked that the incorrect item not be added to our bill. She was polite and professional something I can’t say for the other waitress. Shortly after, we overheard the table next to us having a similar issue with their order, and to our surprise, we realized that my original soup order, with the special request, had been served to them instead. The same waitress was involved, and instead of owning up to the mistake, she insisted they had ordered it, even as they corrected her. When she finally realized her error, she brought the soup to our table without any apology or acknowledgment just dropped it off with a cold, “Here’s your order.” When we reminded her we had already spoken to her colleague and resolved the issue, she interrupted our meal, showed us the receipt as if to prove something, and again refused to say sorry. After being unable to defend her actions, she walked away saying, “Just take it off their bill,” and left everything to her coworker without so much as a second glance. This whole experience was humiliating and stressful, especially for my mother. We couldn't help but notice that while she apologized to the other table, we received no apology or basic respect. It makes us wonder were we treated differently because we’re people of color? We’re incredibly grateful to the other waitress who showed us kindness and tried to smooth things over, but that doesn’t undo how unfairly we were treated. A place we’ve supported for 10 years made us feel like we were invisible, or worse like we didn’t matter at all. I strongly urge management to retrain this staff member on how to communicate respectfully and handle customer service issues with professionalism. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Made us wait for almost 1 hour! Served 2 tables and 2 other take out customers (ACTUAL PEOPLE, NOT SKIP THE DISHES) that came in AFTER we ordered and paid for TWO SOUPS!!! Was going to serve another take out that came in AFTER we ordered and paid (they seemed to know him as Derek? also a real customer) We gave you a tip when we paid and after waiting almost an hour and seeing you serve others that came in AFTER WE ORDERED, we said we wanted our money back and that's when the person packaging food ask that the kitchen start making our food! We will NEVER come back ever again!!!!

We demanded a refund which you would not give, despite the misunderstandings that your u claim, we paid for our order at 5:18 (as per our receipt) and didn't start asking and then demanding and then yes yelling as we felt unheard, at 5:49! That is MORE than 30 minutes..., and we didn't get our order until AFTER 5:52!

We were there in person! Youight say that other people ordered by calling mobile in their take put? Ok, what about the two tables that got seated AND SERVED AFTER WE ORDERED AND PAID! Your so called uncomfortable situation was caused by you! You just want to push it back on us instead of taking responsibility for it. We waited patiently and never said anything to anyone when you served the two customers for take out that came AFTER us. We didn't even say anything to the first table that came in AFTER we had paid. But when we come ntinued to wait, we finally stood up, and the person you claim that has no or bad English, told us to sit down, we said no. We wanted to talk to the person that took our order. We ordered IN PERSON and was waiting IN PERSON. It was you fault to have coded it a 25 minute wait, but we waited LONGER than 25 minutes! Still no apologies from your staff, just pass the blame back to good customers that you soured. You show your true colors and you loose face with us. We will NEVER be your customers ever again!
