How extremely sorry to hear your story..😔 in regards to the review, you are correct.. you haven't done any work on any Jewelry for me. However, I have parked at the home hardware twice already & have gone once to walk up to your place on the second floor and I just found my self alone once i walked thru a door that faces a desk.. looking at a desk where no one is there to greed anyone.. I just saw a table chair & two more doors saying something about in sesión a camera, and so I walked out.. I didn't know what to do.. I left, sat on my car quite confused .. no one answered, and then a girl called back. I believe she said something about she was at the Dr. Something to do with her teeth, and I said I was just calling you because I tty said I would stop by.. she said ohh sorry, I was gonna call you and then I couldn't. I'm so sorry, I will call you next week... I said, "Do you know who is calling and I explained what I need it done she said she would call me back and up until this day.. I never got a phone call back soo unfortunately I had to go to take my Jewellery to another Jewellery 😫 to get repaired but, I was looking forward for you to help me out as most of your reviews are quite 4,5 🌟 God bless you. I worked with Carey when she was still in Lethbridge. She was amazing to work with! Carey knew I didn’t want to rush through the process of creating my ring. I came to her in August 2019 with some of my own drawings and we worked on adjusting one of my own designs. I think we had about 8 versions of drawings, then a wax cast, and it is stunning and completely unique! I’m so excited that my dream ring is on my finger 🥰💍 It was so bittersweet for me when she said she was moving out of Lethbridge, as I always looked forward to our convos when I would stop in for cleaning/inspections but I am so thrilled she has opened her own store! After owning my diamond eternity band from Tiffanys for 12 years, I needed it resized. Tiffanys told me that they would not resize it and that it could not be resized. I was so upset. I came across Refined custom Jewellers website and sent an email asking if there was anything that could be done. Carey resized the band, polished it up, and the cost was very reasonable. She did my engagement ring as well and the pieces look amazing, like brand new! I am thrilled with the final results and can wear my bling again.
