Review of Mucho Burrito

I recently visited barBURRITO when passing through Hinton based on the reviews I read about their generous portion sizes. Excited to try their food, my wife ordered the mild chicken bowl first for my kid. We ordered a full size bowl for my kid because she is a good eater. However, upon receiving our order, I was extremely disappointed by the portion size. This discouraged my wife and I to place orders for ourselves. We decided to head to another restaurant to buy ourselves dinner and eat together.

Food Quality and Taste: Despite the small portion size, I must admit that the taste of the mild chicken bowl was decent. The chicken was well-seasoned, and the mild sauce added a nice flavor to the dish. However, the lack of quantity overshadowed the quality of the food.

Value for Money In terms of value for money, this place fell short of expectations. Given the price I paid for the meal (around 13ish) I expected a more substantial portion size. The disparity between cost and quantity left me feeling unsatisfied.

Overall Experience My overall experience at BarBurrito was underwhelming. While the food tasted good, the inadequate portion size ultimately led me to seek a meal elsewhere. As a customer looking for value and satisfaction, I would hesitate to return to barBurrito based on this experience. Super disappointed. Heard such good things about this place so I wanted to try it so bad and was terribly let down. I’m sure they do have good food however we waited 2 hours for delivery so I wouldn’t recommend. We waited for an hour and finally called the shop, lady answered the phone and said it was on the way. Didn’t ask for my name or my order or anything just said it was on the way. So another half an hour goes by (it’s now been an hour and a half and we are HANGRY) and we called back, spoke to the manager who decided he would stop the driver half way(which I don’t even believe the driver had left yet) and deliver our food. himself. Cool. I still waited an hour and a half. Not acceptable. So he then decided he would add on free chips and salsa for us (whooo🙄) so we waited another half hour (2 hours total) and our food finally showed up. Not even warm but we were so hungry we ate it.
