Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Hinton

Ordered two pizzas, one medium one large. Got two mediums and the one that was supposed to be large was the wrong pizza. I called and the woman I spoke so was extremely rude. I told her repeatedly I had received a medium pizza of the wrong type and she put me on hold multiple times, and then repeatedly told me that they did not send me a medium. After speaking with the manager he said the driver mixed them up and he would come back and switch the pizzas. Absolutely disgusting as they were planning to deliver a pizza box that I had opened (but didn't touch) but how could they possibly know that??? Got a call from a manager saying they are making a new pizza, obviously hey had already delivered mine. No appologies whatsoever, so offer of any sort of compensation. I ate a piece of the pizza because I did not like the one my husband ordered... then the delivery driver said her manager told her to take the pizza they delivered by mistake!!! Seriously??? Would not order from them again. Totally...

If you choose to order and pay before pick-up, they disregard your order till it's convenient. I have ordered to pay on delivery, no issues. When I pre-pay, now on 2 occasions, they have made the pizza, then marked it as delivered, and then it doesn't show up for 30+min after it has been marked as delivered. When I have phoned in to question this practice I was told "it's ok" repeatedly but my concerns were never addressed. I simply asked where my order was I wasn't making demands nor escalating the situation, the same person who answered then claimed to be the manager. I call the store today to place an order around lunch time. A woman picked up and it seems like she was too distracted on her phone instead of taking my order. I was very upset and wasn't going to even accept the order but the delivery man apologize behalf of this woman. He was very helpful , kind and informative regarding the town as I was just visiting.
