The Boss Breakfast & Steakhouse — Restaurant in Town of Valleyview

I come in for supper and was greeted and sat by I believe a Moroccan male. Took my drink order and didn’t return for 10mins. I said excuse me sir my drink. He said can you hold on please and he didn’t return until 5mins later. He was rude and not very waiter like. He was talking on his cell phone rolling napkins around cutlery ignoring customers.Not very good service. After he brought my drink and took my order, I waited 30mins for my nachos which I had ordered with beef for $6 extra. They put a teaspoon of hamburger on the nachos and was skimpy with the veggies and cheese. Menu says smothered in cheese with a very pricey price so I thought I’d try them but was so skimpy with the cheese it was pathetic. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone nor will I be eating here again. I had to put 1 star to be able to post. I want to put no stars. Bad restaurant and service...

I had some time to kill and needed breakfast. I had never been here before but this will become the default stop whenever I pass through Valleyview! To start with, there is ample parking for my 1 ton truck and trailer. The venue itself is clean, spacious and bright. If you have a crew to feed, there is lots of seating. The server was very prompt and courteous. She read my mind and had coffee on the table within a minute or two.

I ordered a create your own omelet and it was exactly what I needed. Full size portion with copious amounts of meat. It came with fried potatoes, toast and coffee (with refills) for $15.23. You can easy spend that amount at a drive through, but it won't be as tasty or as big of a portion.

I went to this local restaurant awhile back with my daughter. My food was what I expected and I was satisfied with it. My daughter received a different dish than the one that she ordered. She didn’t want to say anything because she is kind hearted and didn’t want to make a fuss. No big deal but it does fall under a fail for the server. Update, I have frequented this restaurant several times this past year. I have noticed that they advertise oven roasted shaved roast beef for the beef dip, Philly Melt and hot beef melt, they only use deli sandwich meat. Also they advertise oven roasted turkey which turns out is also sand which meat.
