I placed an order to be delivered in town. Was told it would be ready in half hour. Called back an hour after placing the order, provided info on my order. They confirmed my order and said the driver was already on their way. I called back 15mins later. This time I was told the driver just got back and would be packing up the order shortly. I explained my previous phone call and questioned why I was told the driver was on their way when they were not. Was told it could have been a mix up with the order. I reiterated how I provided my order and information on my last call. I was provided an apology and that it would be sent out shortly. Thinking about the situation and the time my order would have been sitting there (half an hour to be ready and now nearly an hour after that) I called back to cancel the order. I was given an apology and the staff canceled the order. The reason for the negative review is being told the food was on its way and finding out it was not. Had I known, I would have picked up the order at that point. There was no means or offer put forward to retain our patronage by way of an apology as I now have the inconvenience of finding other means for dinner an hour and a half later. Read moreNeeds a zero, rating- worst I’ve ever seen in any restaurant! Complete fail across the board. Ordered food from gluten free choices. After waiting almost one hour (while seeing other tables get their food) I asked the server if she could find out when our two orders were coming. She didn’t come back at all- another server told us that one of the choices was questionable by the kitchen as to ingredients. In other words, the kitchen staff didn’t question it right away when the order came in so who knows if it was even made! When there’s “ALLERGY” orders it should be flagged so kitchen staffers address any concerns immediately. By this time, we had waited 1.5 hours. I asked for the manager after the server also made it worse by telling me they were short staffed and they had a lot of take out orders. Again, why were the other people who had arrived after we got there almost done supper? I explained to the manager that we had waited for 1.5 hours and told her the service was unacceptable. My son hadn’t eaten since breakfast and he’s diabetic which made it worse. She apologized for the “small delay” and said the kitchen wasn’t sure about serving the order. Read moreHad a reservation for 6pm for 4 adults 3 children. We were seated promptly but after 25 minutes had to go find someone to bring us drinks. It went downhill from there. We placed our orders and waited. After an hour the waiter came back looked at our empty table and seemed surprised we had no food. The kids food starting arriving, one every 15 minutes. When the adults finally got their food, it was a major disappointment. My son ordered Jambalaya baked with cheddar cheese not mozzarella. He got mozzarella. Our friend and my husband both had meals with meatballs in them that were barely warm in the center. Needles to say it was a total disaster but after waiting close to 2 hrs to eat, we just wanted to get out of there. The management took 20% off the bill but it just doesn't make up for a terrible experience. We couldn't blame it on staff shortage cause there were plenty of staff walking around.
