May 2nd I went to Arby's drive thru and sat there for a very long time. There was someone ahead of me who was there for longer than I was. There were also others behind me who were very pissed off. Long story short, turns out no one was working there at all around 4:00 pm and Arby's could not be bothered to put up a sign at the drive thru or the front door. When I exited the drive thru I let the long line up of people know Arby's was closed for fun with no signs up communicating anything at all. Why did Arby's do this? Because they are more important than their customers and their customers' time does not matter. I reached out to Arby's customer service that same day. Surprise surprise, by May 23rd, I have still not heard back, reaffirming that Arby's does not care and really do have abhorrent customer service. Every single table had leftovers and crumbs, and nothing had been wiped down. I looked for a table, but it was a struggle to find a place to sit down that was clean. Every single garbage inside and outside was overflowing with garbage also. Literally the customers had given up today and they started leaving stuff on the tables because there was no empty garbage can to throw out garbage. The only small table I found the chair was broken and it was wobbly, and there is no way the staff have no idea about this broken chair. The floors look like they haven’t been mopped in ages. I ordered the two chicken burgers and I was about to order also some drinks but just before that one employee wearing glasses standing next to the new employee asked me how many pops I want. however I wasn't able to understand her English pronunciation very well so I asked her politely like "Sorry?" twice and then she snapped at me like "It is okay" very rudely and attempted to finish the order. I felt humiliated in front of the people. Since a new employee was asking her something, it seems she have been working there for a while but her attitude was not suitable in the service industry. I think store employees represent the face and reputation of the business.
