We used to come here once a while every months using drive thru. Lady was working by he self and handling cash. First she took my payment didn’t even bother washing her hand and touching and cutting carrots and apples and start making my juice(I am surprised how they are not trained). I will ask Fraser health weather this is standard they are ok with. Secondly my orange and apple juice came out and there was all greens and apple peels all other kinds of vegetables were there. And it was chucky not strained properly. I came back all the way back to jugo Juice and complaint and let her know I wanted my money back. She told me to wait 10 minute and 2 minute. I waited and I told her I just want my money back which she told me she doesn’t know password because her manager only know password. And she told em she will make new one even though I didn’t want another juice. She opened juicer and of course it was chunky because it was full of all other vegetables and fruits waste. So our juice got some of waste and they were trying to serve to us. And we paid $19 for these drink. It’s incredible how they run business these days and they wonder why businesses is not doing good 🙄. Read moreChronically slow, understaffed, and poorly managed. Have been here before and long waits for a single smoothie are typical. Only one or two junior employees are working on busy weekends. This weekend pulled up to drivethrough speaker just before 3pm (not peak lunch hour). Was asked to wait a moment. More than seven minutes later, with no communication from inside, car off and in park, I honked. Why had no one returned to take an order or give me an approximate wait time? Several cars were now behind me. There were (still) two waiting for pickup at the window and no way to get out of line. Finally a response. I asked how much longer and why the long wait. "Two big orders" apparently. I said the wait had been long and they should provide better service. They took my order and said another 5 minutes. Finally I pulled up to the window and they hadn't made the smoothies. "Oh did you still want those?" a rude employee asked (they hadn't made them). No, clearly I did not. About 10 minutes later we say hey whats the hold up only to be rudely told there are 4 other customers ahead of us! we say WTF and figure out the server is putting the drive thru customers ahead of us even though they showed up after us and our order. More and more cars are going thru the drive thru and we are STILL waiting. Finally after about a 20 minute wait in total we get 1 juice and 1 smoothie and 1 bad attitude. This is stupid and unfair to customers inside the store. So i told her this is ridiculous and it should be first come first serve so the server kid tells us rudely thats the way it is.
